Candidates for the SAP Project Manager role will be expected to have the leadership and project management skills and experience required to lead end-to-end medium to large-scale SAP business transformation projects.

The role of the SAP Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Duties/Responsibilities:

+ Manage the scope/schedule and budget for the implementations.

+ Manage medium to large-scale projects and be responsible for leading and managing SAP-related project tasks in the development cycle, starting from analysis, functional design, Fit-gap analysis, and configuration and testing including supporting end-user testing, coordination of transports, movement to production.

+ Manage the business, consulting, and IT resources as they perform business process definition, prototyping, and system configuration; test and implement software changes for new business requirements in the HANA modules

+ Assist with the planning and management of testing the solution, defect management, training, and post-live support activities

+ Assist with the planning and management of data conversion, and business review and acceptance of converted data.

+ Manage Functional and Technical teams.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in the field of MIS, CIS, or equivalent AND +4 years of direct work experience in SAP or education/experience equivalent (Associate's with 8+ years of direct work experience in SAP or H/S with 12+ years of direct work experience in SAP).

+ Project Management experience for a minimum of four (4) full lifecycle SAP Business Transformation programs with full PnL responsibilities required

+ Certifications in Project Management desired (PMP)

+ SAP S/4 Hana implementation experience preferred.

+ Agile Project Management methodology experience preferred

1612 : SAP ABAP Project Manager
Location : Candidate can start working Remote, but need to relocate to Austin, TX, once client facility opens.

Responsibilities •This role collaborates closely with multiple Client's teams required to complete the transition of Client's Commerce deal processing post sale from legacy Magento systems to Company's Standard systems around Identity, Entitlements and Provisioning
•A critical component to this role is the ability to multi-task, maintain proactive as well as efficient communication, and identify critical issues requiring escalation.
•Work with key stakeholder teams to clearly define and document project scope, ensure key questions and decisions impacting project are clearly captured, resolved and documented
•An obsessive attention to detail across project areas including:
o detailed business and functional requirements needed by teams implementing the system changes
o project artifacts including project plans, system and/or user flows, risk registers, activity logs, clear identification of project blockers
•Support teams in ensuring prioritized work if refined, planned and executed appropriately
•Manage administrative portions of project delivery from inception to closure; including meeting notes, action item logs
Qualifications-
•Minimum 3 - 4 years of prior experience in a large cross-functional Project Management role, exhibiting exceptional program and project management skills
•Knowledge of quote to cash operations, including order management, provisioning and on-boarding processes and the systems that support these business processes within the Software Industry
•Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and, to articulate the impacts to business processes
•An understanding of Kanban processes used for Agile software development and how to define business and functional requirements needed by engineering teams
•A maniacal attention to detail
•Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them quickly and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
•Strong organization, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills is a must
•Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholders
•BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience
•Experience with Lucid Charts, Smartsheets (or Project), Miro board and Jira applications
•PMP Certification a plus

Title: IT Infrastructure Leader - SAP Basis (ECC) team

Reporting to the Director,Infrastructure this role will have accountability for the corporations SAP ERP ecosystem, database environments, and related infrastructure. Successful candidates will have experience leading these functions in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall operational and strategic accountability for SAP suite of applications infrastructure ecosystem including SAP Basis and ancillary solutions.
• Provide leadership and development for a team of off-shore employees and operational leadership of a comprehensive managed service.
• Ensure system effectiveness by keeping abreast with latest technologies and upgrade to latest versions in conjunction with business needs
• Own and drive maintenance calendar to ensure infrastructure downtime is well managed and communicated to business
• Ensure basis configuration is in compliance with RRX corporate policies such as cyber security, GDPR, etc.
• Ensure compliance with SAP audits, SOX/ICOFR audits etc.
• Engage with stakeholders to develop ERP ecosystem architecture, multi-year roadmap, and on-going requirements backlog that supports corporate growth objectives.
• Manage relationships with key vendors and managed service providers including SAP and NTT Global.
• Coordinate comprehensive cross-functional testing of ERP ecosystem and applications as necessary to support compliance and operational excellence.
• Drive effectiveness of disaster recovery and business continuity for ERP ecosystem across functional boundaries.

Partner with IT Service Management to develop actionable KPIs for ERP ecosystem and drive corresponding cross-functional improvements.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of functional experience and 4+ years leadership experience with SAP suite of applications such as SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP BOBJ, SAP BODS etc. in an enterprise environment
• 8+ years of functional experience with enterprise database platforms including Microsoft SQL Server
• Operational experience leading managed services for ERP delivery
• Functional experience with wintel compute systems and enterprise storage platforms

Preferred

• Functional experience with SAP HANA including upgrades from ECC

Lean and/or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies
