Responsibilities
- Assign caregivers to shifts and make sure daily care notes are completed.
- Support caregivers for clocking in/out issues, or other scheduling issues as needed.
- Office phone support
- Willing to cover shifts as needed ( A MUST)
- Works closely with caregivers and facilitates ongoing training and education.
- Supervises caregivers and ensures excellent customer care to our clients. This includes managing caregiver schedules.
- Takes lead calls from prospective clients and successfully presents available services and pricing. Follows up with home visits
- Build community relationships and assist in marketing services.
- Manages required paperwork and records,
- Adheres to Comfort Keeper standards.
- Completes in-home supervisory visits per state and Comfort Keepers standards.
- Takes part in the hiring process and new hire orientation program.
- Takes part in the on-call rotation.
- Must be willing to travel to Albuquerque and the East Mountain Area. ( Paid Mileage)
Qualifications
- At least one year of home care experience is preferred.
- At least one year experience in an office setting.
- At least one year supervisory experience.
- Ability to pass a background test and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive in the snow.
