The Cornell Scott Hill Health Center (CSHHC) is looking for a dynamic physician leader to serve as its next Director of Adult Medicine. This person will lead the organization's large and diverse group of adult primary care physicians and advanced practice providers who perform over 90,000 medical visits annually at 8 care sites across the Greater New Haven area. He or she will spearhead recruitment and onboarding of mission-minded primary care practitioners and provide ongoing clinical oversight for all Adult Medicine services. The Director will develop clinical workflows and care models that enhance quality and operational efficiency and will partner with departmental nursing leadership to optimize the roles of clinical support staff in care delivery. Additionally, the Director of Adult Medicine will work closely with the medical leadership of Yale's two Internal Medicine residency programs at CSHHC's large training site, where over 100 residents learn primary care under the direction of Yale faculty.

The Role in Brief:

Senior Director, Strategic Implementation

The Senior Director of Strategic Leadership Implementation will work with the Senior Vice President/General Manager and Managing Directors of Partner Success and serve as the major player responsible for planning and executing successful and informed product delivery to our partners. This leader will coordinate with fellow leaders within the division to ensure each new initiative is developed and implemented with a partner-first mindset and ensure partner needs are deliberately evaluated prior to rolling new initiatives out to the Strategic Leader (SL) team. The ideal candidate will have experience and interest in, coaching team members to their highest potential, and ensuring operational fluidity.

This role may be filled in Richmond, VA, Washington, D.C., or remotely.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead efforts in partnership with division leadership to assist with partner-first operational planning, and ensure new initiatives are full developed and prepared for implementation:
Understand partner and Strategic Leader needs when assessing new divisional initiatives Advocate for Strategic Leader needs (and partner needs by proxy) when vetting and contributing to division planning initiatives Roll out the new initiatives to Strategic Leaders and ensure their adoption & execution of various initiatives Serve as the SL's go-to resource when processes and/or work streams need to be improved and/or refined
Partner with division leadership to ensure outsized partner delivery execution of Strategic Leaders including onboarding consistency, in-day participation, and coaching & feedback.
Supports in the advancement of the team's knowledge and product understanding to drive outsized partner performance Foster team building culture Ensure SL understanding of new initiatives through on-going training
Create tools/assets to help SL's function at top of license, and serve as a point person for on-going gaps in SL needs:
Manage content creation for all SLs including developing templates to create standardization of delivery for clients; examples could include proposal templates, targeting decks and client reports Serve as a central point of contact for RFP team Serve as a point of the contact for the sales team to identified key SLs that can provide support on sales calls based on skill assessment



Basic Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field 10+ years successful client management experience 2+ years previous management experience or exhibited strong coaching, skill development and/or mentorship skills amongst peer group Proven experience managing and executing against complex projects Work well in a highly matrixed organization and develop highly collaborative relationships Administration and organization skills with a proven ability to meet conflicting deadlines Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

CRI Foster Care senior adults director job description

1. Provides supervision and support to assigned agency Program Directors:

A. Conducts regular meetings with assigned staff.

B. In collaboration with the Associate Executive Director - Operations and the Associate Executive Director - Behavioral Health/Children's Division ensures all Agency policies, State Regulations and Federal Laws are followed at all times by all employees of the agency.

C. Provides strategic and on-going support and supervision to all assigned programs.

D. Encourages professional development.

E. Evaluates assigned Program Directors in conformance with Agency Policy and Procedures.

F. In collaboration with the Board of Directors/CEO, Associate Executive Director - Operations and the Associate Executive Director - Behavioral Health/Children's Division, participates in the development of and ensures implementation of the Agency Strategic Plan.

6. In collaboration with Program Directors ensures the delivery of progressive supervision and where necessary, discipline, in compliance with Agency Policy and Procedures.

7. Develops and maintains Programs and Systems, which foster an environment for both supported individuals and staff which insures that those connected with the Agency, are treated at all times with respect, dignity, and professionalism.

8. Maintains a high level of adherence at all times to the Policies and Procedures of the Agency and professional service delivery practices.

9. In collaboration with agency personnel develops systems to ensure that all staff have the basic skills necessary to do the job assigned them, have been in-serviced on their job responsibilities, and have reviewed and understand all relevant Policies and Procedures of the Agency.

10. Makes recommendations to the President of the Board of Director/CEO concerning new or improved programs, systems, and operating procedures.

11. In collaboration with the Associate Executive Director- Operations develops budgets, operational plans, audits, COR, monthly financial reports, in order to ensure that all Agency and Individual funds are monitored and appropriately accounted for.

12.In collaboration with the Associate Executive Director- Operations and Program Directors ensures that all properties are maintained in good to excellent condition and that capital improvements are completed in a timely and cost effective manner.

13. All other duties as assigned.
