**This position is not yet funded.**

+ Responsible for the security architectures for a large Enterprise Cross Domain Service (ECDS) project.

+ Identify and mitigate system security threats/risks in all phases of system lifecycle.

+ Contribute to the security planning, assessment, risk analysis, risk management, certification, evaluation and awareness activities for security designs; and, system and networking operations.

+ Review security documentation and articles, providing feedback on completeness and compliance of its content.

+ Design, develop, implement and integrate IA and security systems and system components in multiple enclaves with differing data protection requirements.

+ Perform system installation, configuration maintenance, account maintenance, signature maintenance, patch management, and troubleshooting of operational IA and CND systems.

+ Assist architects and systems developers in the identification and implementation of appropriate information security functionality to ensure uniform application security policy and enterprise solutions.

+ Enforce the design and implementation of trusted relations among external systems and architectures

**CLEARANCE** : TS SCI and willing to take a CI polygraph

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** : BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement information assurance and security engineering systems with requirements of business continuity, operations security, cryptography, forensics, regulatory compliance, internal counter-espionage (insider threat detection and mitigation), physical security analysis (including facilities analysis, and security management).
• Assess and mitigate system security threats and risks throughout the program life cycle.
• Validate system security requirements definition and analysis.
• Establish system security designs.
• Implement security designs in hardware, software, data, and procedures. Verify security requirements.
• Perform system certification and accreditation planning and testing and liaison activities.
• Support secure systems operations and maintenance.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years hands-on technical Information Assurance experience with BS/BA degree; minimum of 8 years hands-on technical Information Assurance experience with an MS/MA; and minimum of 7 years hands-on technical Information Assurance experience with Ph.D. In lieu of degree, High School and a minimum of 16 years of related experience will be considered.
• CompTIA Sec+ CE or equivalent.
• Must meet DoD 8570 (IATII) and/or IAM Level II certification requirements.
• Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) process, Kanban Framework, or Waterfall methodologies and how to utilize these within day-to-day activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the various Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with SCADA systems security. SAFe 4.5 certified Agilist.
