Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Senior LAN Technician for our Information Technology Department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Senior LAN Technician you will:

• Provide a single point of contact for on-site support operations.

• Provide in-person support for request fulfillment, incident management and access management related process workflows.

• Include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all computer hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. • Primarily serves as escalation support from the service desk and other LAN Tech 1 and II positions, this position is required to provide smart hands support and on-site troubleshooting for network and server hardware as requested.

• Also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via email) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science or information technology is preferred

• 4+ years of experience supporting workstations, peripherals and general end point devices in an enterprise environment

• A+ Certification or similar certification required OR (willing to obtain within 1 year of hire date)

• Network + or similar certification required OR (willing to obtain within 1 year of hire date)

• ITILv3 Foundations is preferred

• An additional industry certification in desktop, mobile, network or server technology is required, multiple certifications preferred
