Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES: Support product success during production. Leading a team of engineers supporting product NPI activities working across design, test, packaging and foundry engineering teams, quality, and other functions as necessary. Activities include the development of test and qualification hardware, qualification and characterization plans to ensure the IC's meet all applicable quality standards, and development of production ready test programs. Drive the production ramp of new products in working with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Telecommuting is permitted. Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required to various unanticipated locations.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS: Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Experience must include Five (5) years of experience with:

Develop the Final Test, Probe test and Characterization plans. Derive test program limits using gauge R&R and PVT characterization data to ensure high yields while ensuring spec compliance in production environment. Develop and manage product qualification requirements (Package Qual, Burn-in, ESD, Latchup). Responsible for on-going product cost reduction efforts and quality improvements including Test Time reductions/optimization, alternate source qualifications, yield improvement. Responsible for supporting customer returns through coordination with core team members to resolve issues (Failure Analysis, Test improvements). Yelp is looking for a remote product manager to work with our skilled team of engineers, content creators, and designers to find new ways to increase our organic traffic. You will be responsible for the product you're working on end to end, and will be able to make fast decisions with the full support of the team.
