**Title:**
Senior Product Support Integrator
KBR is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support our expanding space domain awareness capabilities on Maui. This exciting opportunity is available to serve on a small high performing team working in a dynamic research and development office developing innovative military space capabilities for the DoD. The Systems Engineering candidate will facilitate space system development, manufacturing, test, and operational deployment in a fast-paced, responsive research environment. Candidate may support multiple efforts with ability to influence sensor design, integration, and test, as well as command and control infrastructure and execution for highly classified systems. Candidate will participate in risk management and issue resolution across widely varying functional areas to ensure successful delivery of operational capabilities in rapid timelines. Candidate will regularly interface with program and executive leadership, higher headquarters, operational users, and development contractor personnel.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and coordinate integrated product teams and/or working groups across multiple government and subcontractors. Research and consult with Subject Matter Experts to implement solutions across a variety of functional areas.
+ Support all phases of space system development, to include concept development, engineering and manufacturing development, test, and deployment.
+ Ensure system design documentation meets government requirements. to ensure program requirements and mission needs are met. Recommend changes and modifications, as required, to ensure system meets requirements and user needs.
+ Manage requirements verification and validation, integration, test planning and scheduling, configuration control, risks and operations of space systems.
+ Coordinate and work closely with government customer and their mission partners to rapidly resolve issues arising integration, testing and scheduling.
+ Manage and execute duties in non-engineering functional areas as required by the team (e.g. safety, security, OPSEC, test, cyber, etc.). Leverage shared subject matter expertise across the office to accomplish tasks.
+ Provide space system technical and programmatic expertise to the government program manager and supporting team to ensure the sufficiency of technical and programmatic requirements for the system
+ Employ knowledge and experience to anticipate challenges.
+ Perform functional duties independently, with little guidance and oversight
+ Communicate clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy-oral and written.
+ Build briefings, staff packages, program documents, etc. for program manager and senior level decision makers
