In the role of Integrated Risk Management Program Consultant, you will have the responsibility for planning, organizing, administering, or leading major risk management programs within a department or across the Bank, including leading the development, implementation, enhancement, administration, and management of the Company's Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/Governance, Risk Compliance (GRC) technology software solution in alignment with the Bank's Risk Management framework, programs, and processes.
Functions
* Develop strategies and tactical plans to implement organization-wide risk management programs to embed and operationalize proactive risk management, heighten understanding of all risks the Company faces, facilitate integration of management and prioritization of risks into strategic planning and operational activities, and enhance effectiveness of risk management activities utilizing Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/Governance, Risk Compliance (GRC) technology.
* Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, gain consensus on solutions, implement, enhance, and administer the IRM technology software in alignment with the Bank's Risk Management framework, programs, and processes.
* Partner with first, second-, and third-line stakeholders to increase adoption and utilization of IRM software, IRM Frameworks, and activities through development and execution of change management, communication, and training plans.
* Develop and implement Integrated Risk Management resource materials, tools, job aids, reporting templates and workflows to enable the three lines to identify, measure, respond to and report on risk.
* Develop, organize, and update program documentation, department intranet site and team SharePoint site.
* Perform research, summarize material, and facilitate electronic gathering and distribution of Enterprise Risk Management information.
* Assist in the preparation of Board and Executive Management Reports.
* Manage Enterprise Risk Management record retention.
* Manage resources to ensure that programs are implemented in the most cost-effective manner.
* Negotiate agreements/contracts with outside vendors or entities and ensures commitments are met.
* Communicate the purpose of risk management programs to internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop and implement measures to determine and monitor effectiveness of risk management programs.
* Provide training to others regarding features and benefits of programs. May be required to represent the company in the community.
* Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
* Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position and keep up to date on regulation changes.

* Advanced knowledge of enterprise and operational risk management
* Advanced knowledge and experience with development, implementation, and administration of Integrated Risk Management/Governance Risk Compliance technology software solutions. Experience with Logic Manager GRC preferred
* Proven track record of success and skills in risk management operations.
* Knowledge of policies, procedures, practices and documentation in risk management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships.
* Good negotiating/influencing skills.
* General knowledge of "best practices" in project area.
