**Key Responsibilities**
Develop and maintain a master project plan across all areas to ensure priorities and deliverables are in sync, accelerate the pace of progress, and ensure smooth product releases
Engage various product, technical, operational and functional teams to create end-to-end program execution plans
Ensure senior leadership is engaged around the right topics at the right time and supported by relevant information and reporting
Provide a clear view of the objectives and success criteria for each undertaking and how they will be delivered
Implement a robust structure for prioritizing and driving key decisions including managing changes in a complex environment
Product and tech savvy to deep dive and resolve issues at program level
Clarify roles and responsibilities and ensure tasks have owners
Identify cross-impacts, dependencies, and impediments to progress and ensure they are addressed
Support regular progress updates for a wide range of stakeholders and ensure follow-up items are addressed
Support the refinement of the investment business case as the effort evolves

**Qualifications**
