PROCEPT BioRobotics is a surgical robotics company enabling better patient care by developing transformative solutions in urology. With an initial focus on BPH, the company's AQUABEAM® Robotic System delivering Aquablation therapy, is the first FDA-cleared, automated surgical robot for the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Aquablation therapy combines real-time, multi-dimensional imaging, automated robotics and heat-free waterjet ablation for targeted, controlled, and immediate removal of prostate tissue. Aquablation therapy offers predictable and reproducible outcomes, independent of prostate anatomy, prostate size or surgeon experience.

The Senior Quality Control Inspector is responsible for the inspection and testing of manufacturing processes and products to ensure product quality. The Senior Quality Control Inspector will work with a variety of inspection methods, test equipment, and screening processes to ensuring proper procedures are being followed and documented in order to maintain product quality and records traceability.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be required as assigned)

Perform In-process and final inspection of disposables and capital equipment to ensure product quality Perform Device History Record reviews to ensure compliance with GDP Perform Incoming inspections per drawings or specifications as required Maintain Incoming inspection files according to PROCEPT's procedures Assist with Nonconformance investigations and reporting Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends regarding inspection results Train employees to core competencies as required Assist with the equipment management process as required Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies

As the Quality Control Inspector you will provide quality inspection at source in order to meet the standard product readiness for completion and release of Mechanical Cabinets and Integrated Assemblies to be shipped out to the customers for deployment in a timely fashion and by ensuring quality and compliance were maintained accordingly.
**Your Challenge:**

+ Pull drawings per piece parts and pull drawings for final assembly.

+ Ability to read drawings and Inspect parts and assemblies per drawings.

+ Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.

+ Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work.

+ Document, update and maintain quality inspection records by completing reports and logs.

+ Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

+ Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to both Quality Control Manager and Production Managers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities*:
•Work with QC Management to achieve 100% of department daily needs and priorities.
