We are actively seeking Technical Writers with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience. Bachelor's or Master's Degrees are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following:
Planning, developing, writing, and editing technical documents such as technical procedure manuals, user manuals, programming manuals, service manuals, operational specifications, and related technical publications to communicate clearly and effectively technical specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiences. Working with software development teams to gather data for developing and maintaining the needed product documentation. Using style guides and associated DoD/Mil-Standards for document production, and understanding customer requirements related to writing task assignments Using technical data and engineering specifications (drawings, A-level specifications, test procedures, etc.) or commercial sources to translate data into user documentation Conducting quality reviews of materials.
