We are looking for a seasoned, strategic and hard-working Senior Web Producer to join and facilitate the development and support of our studio's Web product, Jam City's first AAA, multi-platform online Web3 Game: Champions Ascension. The person in this role will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and deployment of the Champions Ascension website and connected Web3 Applications. As a Senior Producer, you must be a leader capable of taking charge of a project and unifying everyone involved toward a common goal.

In this role, you will ultimately be responsible and accountable for launching our websites in a timely manner while upholding and maintaining a quality bar. You will work with developers, designers, game teams, marketing departments, and other members to balance scope with capacity, track progress, implement and improve processes, mentor people, and mitigate risks. This role requires leading multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of development.
RESPONSIBILITIESRun the production of website sections and features from concept to completion.Handle the roadmap, scheduling, and maintenance for existing web properties, including but not limited to current game sites, corporate sites, and studio sites.Lead and deliver against launch deadlines while being the guardian of product quality.Facilitate alignment across teams through effective communication, problem-solving, risk identification, and risk mitigation strategies.Establish, maintain, and improve relationships with internal and external resources.Handle approvals across brand teams, legal, security, ESRB, and executives.Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., creative, core tech, localization) to provide assets, services, and translations for worldwide announcements and events.Provide regular communication and updates for internal teams and executives.
QUALIFICATIONS7+ years of Project Management experience within an interactive environment.Ability to establish relationships and work effectively with people across all fields and levels of an organization, and at varying levels of technical ability.Excellent prioritization and organization skills. Must be able to handle a frequently evolving slate of short-, medium-, and long-term projects that are in different phases of development.Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written), time and project management skills.Ability to take feedback from various sources and translate that into practical work.Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines. Must take initiative and be proactive rather than reactive.Excellent problem-solving skills within a fast-paced, live web environment.Solid understanding of the various development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) Proficient project management fundamentals including capacity planning, scope assessment, and scope management.Familiar to fluent in JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Google Suite.Experience maintaining relationships with remote studios, creative agencies, and contractors.Must be comfortable working with various Content Management Systems and able to help troubleshoot issues.Proven understanding of web analytics platforms and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics).Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as assigned by senior management.Ability to work iteratively.Written and oral English proficiency.

Responsibilities:

* Provide web production support to KPMG US marketing team, including building and maintaining stakeholder web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Management Solution (CMS) components and templates
* Author web pages in AEM, leveraging best practices for User Experience and optimal page layout while adhering to our Brand guidelines
* Assess incoming requests and triage to the authors based on their bandwidth. Interface with AEM authors (onshore and offshore) to monitor status of in-progress projects. Ensure efficient prioritization of tickets, oversight/management of timely completion, and handling of escalations from the team in close collaboration with the website manager
* Assess opportunities for ongoing process improvements by documenting any new/improved components, processes and workflows; evaluate the need for creation of new templates/components or if modifications to existing assets may improve our website
* Develop robust QA processes and ensure that they are adhered to on an ongoing basis and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and effectively manage outcomes; work with functional stakeholders to understand requirements, recommend Web UX best practices and offer creative solutions
* Adhere to Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and web accessibility guidelines (ADA and WCAG Compliance)

Qualifications:

* Minimum three years of combined recent experience leading content authors/web production teams
