Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager who has worked closely with Enterprise customers, to help deliver an out of this world customer experience to our top Enterprise customers. Minimum of 5-7 years of relative experience in an IT Project Management role. Relative certifications are preferred (PMP), but not required. Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques. Proficient utilizing project management software (Smartsheets a plus) and Microsoft 365 applications. Strong organizational and prioritization skills to balance issue and risk management, cost management, and scope/schedule management on a single large project and/or multiple projects of varying sizes. Demonstrated business process and technical acumen; able to translate business challenges into scalable technology-based solutions. Ability to translate technical information into understandable terms to a variety of audiences. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills providing the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including business leaders, cross-functional teams, and vendors. Strong customer service orientation. Attentive and reactive to business needs.
