Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; on-call rotation required

Compensation: Competitive Pay - Based on Experience

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years sheet metal experience
• Schooling and/or on the job sheet metal training
• Possess a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be able to read blueprints, project specifications, schematics, construction, and installation drawings.
• Solid communication/verbal skills, ability to work independently and self-motivate
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
• Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate ideas clearly and explain problems to customers and coworkers
• Ability to climb up and down ladders
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience training other sheet metal mechanics
• Trade school completion or certification
