ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Evaluate performance levels within the manufacturing area and take necessary steps to bring performance levels up to meet or exceed expectations. Provide positive reinforcement where performance levels are exceeding expectations.
* Establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
* Coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
* Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
