As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will perform internal and external sheet metal repairs and modifications to all aircraft serviced at the facility. Research and develop repair schemes using blueprints, engineering orders, service bulletins, and other technical publications. The Seasonal Trades Worker supports the Facilities Management team by assisting skilled trades staff with maintenance, repairs, and construction tasks with buildings, structures, and outdoor amenities. This role offers direct experience in a variety of trades while helping ensure facilities remain functional and well maintained. What You'll Do Assist tradespeople with painting, carpentry, excavation, masonry, signage installation, and structural repairs involving fences, bridges, and other infrastructure. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma/equivalent. A valid motor vehicle operator's license and acceptable driving record for eligibility of City coverage. PAY RATE The position is a seasonal, non-exempt/hourly position with a starting pay rate of at least $16.54 per hour. No additional benefits with the exception of Accrued Sick Leave - earn 1 hour for every 40 hours worked on a prorated basis and available for use after 100 calendar days of employment.
