Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

We provide community-based prevention and family foster care services, group homes in the community for struggling children and families within the child welfare and juvenile justice systems, and short-term residential services for unaccompanied migrant children. MercyFirst's Qualified Residential Treatment Program (Group Home) provides 24-hour residential care and supportive services for youth with a history of trauma and the presence of complex needs. Three agency-operated group homes provide youth with structure and supervision within community-level settings designed to provide evidence-based treatment to promote emotional and physical safety and stability, practice positive coping skills, and build healthy relationships, as well as case management services to support discharge planning through family reunification or independent housing, and youth development services to foster growth and competency in daily life skills .
POSITION SUMMARY:
Aftercare worker for the QRTP program will be responsible for assessment, engagement and case management services for clients and families towards successful transition out of QRTP placement. This qualified candidate will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team and work alongside the QRTP caseplanner and will refer guardian for supportive services, including medical, clinical and concrete services. Upon the youth' transition out of the QRTP program, the Aftercare Caseworker will provide the youth and their family with continued casework support up until the youth's placement order expires, to ensure successful reintegration into the community and in the home. Case planner will present the program's efforts in legal proceedings, ACS/OCFS meetings and other interagency conferences. qualified candidate will complete the required progress notes, assessments, Psychosocial reports, FASPs, court reports, etc within timely mandates.

Conduct regular casework sessions with each client in accordance with Federal, State, and Local mandates.
While youth is in placement: minimal monthly meeting with youth and family.

Collateral contact weekly with youth's school/therapist/other resources.
Document all contacts in designated platforms within established timeframes
Prepare all required documentation on each case which include progress notes, psychosocial reports, permanency hearing notes, FASPs, etc.
Attend legal proceedings such as family court hearings
Actively participate in staff training and supervision meetings.
Respond to emergencies as needed and/or directed
Participate in Family Team Conference, Child Safety conference and other organized conferences.
Availability to assist with after hour supports to clients and families.
Provide after-care services to clients upon discharge from residential care.
Participation in weekly supervision, program meetings, trainings and workshops to enhance professional development and advance program development initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

The student worker will help implement the PA Hunger-Free Campus Grant awarded to Chatham University for the grant timeframe of Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2025. As such, the student will play a key role in data collection related to Grant goals and objectives by participating in spreadsheet creation, monitoring of data collection and data entry. Student will be responsible for the communications aspect of the grant - both helping to gather and assess student input as well as sharing out information through flyers, newsletters, email, etc. with students about the food security initiatives funded by the grant. The student is asked to think critically while doing the work to help the team problem solve and adjust processes as necessary. Sensitivity to the issues of student food insecurity is required.
Specifically:
Help create spreadsheets and systems to capture (in pounds) food procurement (purchased, donated foods, and Eden Hall-grown) and food and meal distribution on all three campuses. Enter collected data in appropriate data base.
Help create spreadsheets and systems to capture numbers of students using the Essential Needs Pantries and Free Frig on all three campuses. Enter collected data in appropriate data base.
Track the pounds of Eden Hall produce that are transformed into shelf-stable products

Wilson College is seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Stables Worker to help care for our horses and maintain our beautiful Equestrian Center. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, fresh air, and the rewarding routine of barn life. What You'll Do: As a member of our equestrian center team, you'll: Provide daily care for college and privately owned horses. Feed, groom, and monitor horses for signs of illness or injury. Keep stalls, paddocks, and barn areas clean and organized. Assist with turnout, basic first aid, and handling horses for veterinary and farrier appointments. Help maintain the overall safety and professionalism of our equine facilities. What We're Looking For: Strong horse-handling skills and a passion for equine care. Dependability and a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions. Availability for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts. Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment. A degree in Equine Studies, Animal Studies, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred but not required. Prior barn experience and comfort around horses are essential.

Set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job documentation, perform production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish. Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site. Complete all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met. Job documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Add-on sales are made to customers. Communications to Project Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager or Owner, as appropriate, and customer are timely. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our Laborers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry. Responsibilities:
Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes
Continued development of production skills and expertise
Financial asset and equipment management
Following all uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity Guide
Always leaving jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance
Preventative maintenance on vehicles, equipment and oversight of facility maintenance
Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
Qualifications:
Willingness for continued learning and growth, ability to ‘lead and coach' your teammates
Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipment
Awareness and respect for safety, using care are caution with teammates and customers
Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines, organizational and leadership skills
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
