Activities are “hands on” and task oriented, intended to achieve the identified goals or objectives as set forth in the child/youth's individualized treatment plan. PSR is intended to foster and promote the development of needed skills identified in assessment or through the ongoing treatment of a licensed practitioner. Services are delivered in a trauma informed, culturally and linguistically competent manner. Key Responsibilities: Engage the child and their family in a variety of strategies (including counseling and functional supports) to work toward identified goals. Engage in regular communication with the child's team, to ensure continuity of care. Document client progress and maintain a permanent record of client activity according to established methods and procedures.
