Soccer Program Workers are responsible for the day to day activities in providing soccer to our community.
Duties will include: Working with children ages 2 to 17.
Working with Adult Program participants.
Coaching: Follow practice guidelines that insure kids are active and having fun.
Referee: Referee games U8 & below and AR's at the U12 & above level.
Field Maintenance: mowing (must be 18), raking, painting lines and filling in low spots.

Qualifications
What you would do at The Pines
Monitor cameras when not making rounds or responding to resident issues
Efficiently use Operation Lifesaver equipment
Checking, locking and unlocking of doors at proper scheduled times
Complete and document at least four patrols per shift
Assist in emergencies
Patrol parking areas
Assist resident entry to buildings and Living Units
Assist our nursing staff during medical emergencies, including the administration of CPR as directed
Monitor employee shift changes and provide aid as needed
Observe and record maintenance needs (light bulbs, etc.)
Respond to all fire alarm situations
Carry out special tasks given by Director of Facilities Services or his designee
Co-operate with all departments in professional manner.

Hand dig to clear debris for Drill Operator, check utilities and clearances. Excavate and fill trenches and ditches. Perform installation of underground telecommunications cable and conduit. Assist with machinery maintenance and other duties as assigned. Perform job site clean-up and area restoration.
REQUISITE SKILLS
Education / Certification:
* Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Valid Drivers License
Experience:
* No prior experience required.
Physical Requirements / Aptitude:
* Ability to work in trenches, manholes, tunnels and confined spaces and in work settings with moderate to loud noise levels.
* Able to move in different positions - crouching, kneeling, reaching, bending and lifting 75 lbs., unassisted.
Other:
* Must have valid driving license.
* Must get a CDL Permit within 30 days of start date.
* Must obtain CDL within 6 months of start date.
* Willing to work overtime when required, willing to travel and to work in all-weather conditions.
* Self-motivated and able to work well in groups.

In addition, the Off-Season Laborer will work on future projects within the park, including cleaning, painting, and grounds improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Grounds & Landscaping:
* Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on landscaping equipment.
* Safely operate hand tools and power mowers for trimming and maintaining grounds.
* Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant and well-kept appearance.
* Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, painting, pressure washing, and minor repairs.
* Assist with winterization and de-winterization of waterpark attractions and equipment.
* Support maintenance team with inspections and upkeep of rides, pools, and mechanical systems.
* Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, storage spaces, and equipment.
* Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Report any hazards, damages, or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
Cleaning & Sanitation:
* Responsible for the cleaning and general maintenance of park restrooms, office spaces, and other assigned indoor and outdoor areas of the park.
* Clean and disinfect public and office areas on a scheduled rotating basis.
* Respond to emergency clean-up situations, as needed.
* Perform maintenance and upkeep for all restroom facilities.
* Clean and sanitize all toilets, sinks, and counters.
* Remove trash from all receptacles.
* Clean and polish surfaces, windows, and furniture to ensure these surfaces remain free or dirt or residue.
* Vacuum, mop, and/or sweep the floors, as needed.
* Monitor and immediately escalate any damages or safety hazards to maintenance or leadership.
Safety & Compliance:
* Follow safety guidelines when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
* Ensure restrooms are cleaned and sanitized according to the IIPP checklist.
General Responsibilities:
* Work as part of a team to maintain cleanliness throughout the park.

Qualifications:
