Essential Functions & Major Responsibilities * Perform tasks involving strenuous manual labor in manufacturing a variety of concrete product * Support crew during concrete pours * Help maintain a clean jobsite by picking up and storing tools and equipment * Perform materials handling and storage * Follow all safety rules and report any unsafe conditions to the Leads or supervisors * Read and follow work instructions, blueprints and drawings * Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is necessary in order to perform the essential functions of this position Education/Experience * Past experience working with hand tools, saws, air tools, grinders is preferred, not required * Experience working with concrete would be preferred, not required * High School diploma or general education degree (GED) * -- Full list of anticipated physical demands for this position and detail on our work environment are below. Minimum Qualifications Would prefer (but not required) experience with grounds maintenance, including knowledge of different plants and their requirements: watering, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, mowing, etc. Ability to operate power tools and equipment normally associated with landscape maintenance. Ability to withstand extensive standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, digging and ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Ability to work in all types of outside weather conditions, including excessive heat, excessive cold, excessive noise, dust, smoke, slippery or uneven surfaces. Analytical and trouble shooting skills; ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long term goals. Demonstrated oral and written communications skills; basic computing skills, customer service skills. A valid Utah driver's license is required.
