About the Role
As a Licensed Adolescent Mental Health Therapist (Fee-for-Service), you'll design your own schedule - whether part-time (as few as 4 clients per week) or full-time hours. This position offers flexible scheduling, telehealth options, and the opportunity to serve children, adolescents, and families in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
This is a Fee-for-Service (FFS) position offering flexibility and autonomy while receiving agency support, supervision, and access to resources.
In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the mental health and well-being of children, adolescents, and families by:
Conducting assessments to understand clients' needs
Collaborating with families to create and implement personalized treatment plans
Providing individual, family, or group therapy sessions to promote growth and healing
Offering crisis intervention and conducting risk assessments when needed
Using evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality, compassionate care

Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough client assessments to understand needs and challenges

Qualifications:
Current licensure in Ohio (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
Experience delivering evidence-based mental health services (preferred)
Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Summary of the Position: Community Treatment Specialist/Day Treatment Specialist is to initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct services to assigned participants and their families.
Community Treatment Specialist will be responsible for conducting at least one group a day and the implementation of programs community treatment schedule which focuses on cognitive restricting and teaches youth how to replace irrational/antisocial thinking in prosaic thoughts.
Individuals will be working in a site-based community treatment program.
Qualifications/Requirements: A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required. Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience with youth and families involved in Juvenile Justice System is a plus
Must be extremely organized. Possess excellent community and interpersonal skills
Must be professional, flexible, and can work independently.
