For more information, visit *********************** POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Engineering Operations to lead and optimize our engineering infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on laboratory design, setup, and ongoing operational excellence. This role will drive the establishment and scaling of lab facilities to support R&D, testing, and product development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance. WORK LOCATION: Travel to client sites may be required based on project demands and client expectations. Partnering with sales reps to deliver technical demos, data audits, and solution presentations that clearly articulate Wpromote's value and capabilities. Translating business requirements into measurable capabilities, helping sales teams identify, quantify, and validate client outcomes through Command of the Message methodology. Serving as the bridge between Sales, Product, RevOps, and Client Services to ensure alignment on solutions architecture and delivery feasibility. Conducting data audits and discovery analyses that connect client challenges to Wpromote's data tools and analytics frameworks. Developing technical documentation, frameworks, and sales enablement materials to support consistent value communication across sales cycles. Partnering with the Product and Data teams to surface client feedback and inform platform improvements and roadmap priorities. Training and mentoring sales reps on technical discovery and consultative solution design to elevate team capability and confidence. Creating scalable templates and repeatable playbooks for sales engineering processes to ensure consistent execution as the function grows. Representing Wpromote in client meetings, industry events, and thought leadership forums as a technical and strategic authority. You Must Have 7+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting - ideally within media, ad tech, data analytics, or marketing technology environments. Leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to mentor others and build and manage a high-performing team. Experience supporting sales teams in translating client requirements into measurable technical solutions and business outcomes. Proven ability to create and deliver technical demonstrations that are accessible to non-technical audiences. Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse stakeholders. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, client service, and operations teams to ensure accurate solution design and delivery alignment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong organizational discipline. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Nice to Have: Strong understanding of advertising measurement frameworks such as Media Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and advanced analytics methodologies. Experience applying Command of the Message and/or MEDDIC Experience working within a digital marketing agency or consultancy environment. Familiarity with marketing data pipelines, clean room integrations, or data visualization tools. Understanding of martech and ad tech platforms, including analytics, audience management, and media measurement technologies. Prior experience building or scaling a sales engineering or solution architecture function from the ground up.
