Qualifications: Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
