In this role you will receive and transport raw materials, parts and equipment; store and maintain parts in stockroom; assemble, package, and transport/load parts and equipment. 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3P - 11P What You Will Do Receive job assignment and any special instructions from supervisor. Read necessary documents to verify receipts, stockroom materials or shipment items. Prepare necessary documents in support of these duties, including but not limited to material verification slips, receivers, ID slips, inventory slips. Unload or load vehicles, transport materials within shipping, receiving or receiving inspection as required. Receive, store, and retrieve materials from work area and transport as necessary to Shipping, Assembly, Receiving Inspection, Warehouse, Assembly or cell/department and maintain correct inventory records. Initiate orders for packaging supplies when required. Set up SPL packaging jobs. Plan and/or order packaging supplies when required. Deliver materials to/or from mailroom to/or from Shipping and Receiving. Perform duties and operate equipment necessary to prepare items for shipment including but not limited to making boxes or crates, packaging, counting, weighing, labeling, painting or marking items, and appropriate paperwork to complete transaction. Maintain work areas and machines in a clean, safe and orderly manner. Attend training classes, departmental meetings and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Retrieve items from tool crib and complete forms/transactions as required. You will be required to perform substantial reaching and moving while standing, twisting; stooping; and be response to sounds associated to the work environment. You will be required to lift to 25 lbs. unassisted, anything over 25 lbs. would be assisted. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment as required. You will be required to adhere to all EH&S roles and responsibilities as stated in manufacturing work instructions and EHS policies and procedures. We are seeking a Test Lab Operator to operate machinery and equipment to test wheel and brake assemblies, wheel and brake components, and other parts. 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11PM - 7AM What You Will Do * Handle hazardous waste according to management rules and place it in appropriate containers. * Receive job assignments and instructions from Test Supervisors and Project Engineers. * Read and interpret test requests and assembly blueprints; seek clarification if needed. * Retrieve and assemble test hardware; take required weights and measurements. * Install sensors and gauges (e.g., thermocouples, accelerometers, pressure gauges) as required. * Set up and connect hydraulic and electrical test hardware. * Set up test equipment and program data acquisition systems and machine controls. * Record and verify test results; ensure accuracy of methods * Make necessary adjustments to ensure accurate test results; report any abnormal conditions to the project engineer or supervisor. * Disassemble and store test setups and hardware safely and orderly. * Calibrate tools and equipment (e.g., torque cells, pressure gauges) as required. * Train Test Lab Operator trainees. * Store tools, equipment, and hardware properly when not in use. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. * Operate tow motors or hand trucks to support testing. * Perform and log routine preventive maintenance. * Attend training and department meetings. * Oil machines as needed. * Retrieve items from the tool crib and complete necessary forms/transactions. * You will be required to perform mathematical calculations requiring addition, subtraction, multiplication or division and pass a pre-employment qualification test. * You will be required to perform substantial reaching and moving while standing, twisting; stooping; and be response to sounds associated to the work environment. * You will be required to lift to 25 lbs. unassisted, anything over 25 lbs. would be assisted. * You will be required to wear personal protective equipment as required. * You will be required to adhere to all EH&S roles and responsibilities as stated in manufacturing work instructions and EHS policies and procedures. Summary The Engineer I applies a broad knowledge of a specific technical subject matter to support TSMD's technical teams with testing, process and project development, problem solving, and continuous improvement. Major Duties and Responsibilities Applies broad knowledge of engineering principles and practices in a specific technical area. Leads projects as assigned by engineering manager. Documents work effectively and presents results to internal cross functional groups. Develops and maintains procedures, work instructions, and training materials to support technical area. Works cross functionally on projects and initiatives. Applies problem solving, SPC, and other engineering fundamentals to support investigations. Supports continuous improvement initiatives, including quality and EHS opportunities. Supports technical discussions with suppliers and customers in specific technical area of focus. Contributes to culture through alignment with company values and code of conduct. Maintains a positive attitude, displays enthusiasm for assignments, and communicates effectively and professionally with team members. Other related duties. Skills and Qualifications Ability to apply fundamental engineering principles including mechanics of materials, design for manufacturing, CAD and FEA Ability to utilize structured problem solving techniques to identify root cause and implement effective solutions. Deploy Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to monitor and control manufacturing processes. Implement Lean principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Implement error proofing to ensure high quality production. Experience working with robot systems and demonstrated ability to develop and deploy automation solutions. Computer literacy required. Education Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, or Engineering Technology field or equivalent required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as defined by process. POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer to lead the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines at customer sites. This advanced role requires in-depth technical expertise in CNC machinery, the ability to diagnose complex issues, and the capability to mentor junior engineers. ROLE REQUIREMENTS: In-depth knowledge of CNC machine operations, electrical schematics, mechanical systems, and control systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting and programming CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak, and Heidenhain. Strong understanding of servo motors, drives, PLCs, and automation systems. Experience with laser calibration, ball bar testing, and precision alignment techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, document service activities, and provide technical guidance. Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical service projects. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience. 8-10 years of experience in CNC machine service, repair, and troubleshooting, with expertise in complex diagnostics. Strong electrical background Understanding of prints / schematics and electrical drawings Training customers when needed TRAVEL Up to 50% travel Must be willing to travel frequently to customer sites within your territory.
