Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Read production drawings and verify mold setup Prepare materials and operate chop gun to apply fiberglass per standards Roll laminate for proper bonding and finish Measure and inspect work using jigs, templates, or gauges Safely operate all tools and machinery Maintains tools, equipment and a clean work area Assist with moving and staging large panels Solid experience with use of basic hand and power tools Able to pass a forklift drivers test and safely operate a forklift Able to read tape measure and perform basic math and fraction conversions Must be able to arrive on time and work a full shift with minimal absenteeism Other duties as assigned Benefits: 2 weeks of vacation 1st through 4th year; 3 weeks of vacation after 4th year Closed between Christmas and New Years with pay 3 Personal days per year Bereavement leave available Company paid health, vision, dental, life, and long-term disability; Additional policies available 8% of employees wages contributed to a retirement plan with additional 1-3% match of employee's contribution Company pays 50% of employee uniforms Annual bonus plan and a sign-on bonus of $500 after 90 days Background check and drug screen is required.

Braze or solder together hard and soft copper piping components to assemble fabricated metal parts, using torch and flux. Able to assemble refrigeration systems as required. May be required to do other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned. Align and clamp workpieces together, using rules, squares, or hand tools, or position items in fixtures, jigs, or vises. Clean workpieces to remove dirt or excess acid, using chemical solutions, files, wire brushes, or grinders. Melt and apply solder along adjoining edges of workpieces to solder joints, using gas torches, or electric-ultrasonic equipment. Clean joints of workpieces with wire brushes or by dipping them into cleaning solutions. Grind, cut, buff, or bend edges of workpieces to be joined to ensure snug fit, using power grinders and hand tools. Examine seams for defects and rework defective joints or broken parts.
