What You'll Do Weld broken tools, machine parts, jigs, and fixtures using appropriate welding methods. Operate automatic welding machines safely and efficiently. Perform TIG welding and aluminum brazing. Weld or braze components using oxy-acetylene, GTAW, GMAW, or other processes as needed. Set up work from prints, drawings, or fixtures and select welding sequences to minimize distortion. Ensure all welds are leak-proof and conduct final inspections of your work.
