Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 6-12 months of relevant experience in a rehabilitation setting strongly recommended; willing to participate in on-the-job training after orientation. Certifications: CPR certification (as required). Skills/Abilities: Effective verbal and written communication; ability to follow directions; patient transport and safe lifting techniques (up to 50 lbs); observation and basic documentation; reliability, teamwork, and time management.
