  • Enterprise Account Executive

    Revenue.Io 4.1company rating

    Remote job

Revenue.io is the Salesforce-native Revenue Orchestration Platform that helps high-performing sales teams win from first call to closed-won. We are the only sales platform that guides reps before, during, and after every interaction, accelerating pipeline, improving forecast accuracy, and driving repeatable growth. Companies like Square, United Rentals, HPE, and Nutanix rely on Revenue.io to unify sales execution across every touchpoint. We are the only company recognized in both the Forrester Waves for Conversation Intelligence and Sales Engagement. Revenue.io is also a Gartner Cool Vendor and has been named one of the Best Places to Work by BuiltinLA and Comparably. Revenue.io is backed by Goldman Sachs, Bryant Stibel, and Palisades Growth Capital. You will join a high-growth team and work with experienced mentors to scale the core platform behind our AI-driven products. This is a chance to build industry-defining technology in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Our Core Values We Learn continuously: We treat every call, commit, and customer moment as a feedback loop. Curiosity is our unfair advantage. We are human-centered: AI serves people. We design for trust, clarity, and momentum in real conversations. We look in the mirror: When something breaks, we fix it at the root and share what we learned. Accountability travels faster than blame. We Dream big: We set goals that feel a little uncomfortable and then make them practical. Ambition plus discipline wins. We Champion every voice: The best insight can come from the quietest person in the room. Inclusion is how we find it. We're looking for people who want to shape the future of human potential with AI. Who We're Looking For At Revenue.io, we believe selling is a craft - and we're looking for Account Executives who feel the same. The right candidate is obsessed with sales productivity and the tech that powers it. You're the kind of rep who's always been the early adopter when new tools rolled out - whether it was a dialer, sequencer, conversation intelligence platform, or CRM customization. You don't just use your tech stack; you master it. You're a power user who takes pride in driving efficiency, insights, and better outcomes from the tools at your disposal. In previous roles, you probably ran your own demos - even if your SE or CS team was available. You've built such a deep understanding of the product that you could onboard a customer yourself. You see that same potential at Revenue.io, and it excites you. While leadership experience isn't required, it's a strong plus. Many of our customers are sales leaders, and we win when our reps can meet them at their level - understanding the challenges of running teams, hitting your number, and rolling out change across an org. If you've led a team, coached reps, or partnered closely with RevOps, that experience will accelerate your success here. What You'll Do Prospecting both within and beyond your network to source new logo opportunities. Running a full-cycle sales process: discovery, demo, business case, and close. Managing and growing existing customer relationships in close partnership with our Customer Success team. Becoming a subject matter expert on the Revenue.io platform - especially how it helps sales leaders coach and scale high-performing teams. What You Bring Passion for sales as a discipline, not just a job. Deep familiarity and curiosity with sales tech (CRM, dialers, sequencers, CI, etc.). Experience demoing complex products - and doing it well. A proven network in sales, RevOps, or sales tech. Bonus: experience managing or mentoring a team. Join us if you're ready to represent a platform built for sellers - by sellers who know the craft. Compensation On target earnings split will be determined at time of offer. Additional incentive compensation may be offered as stock options and company benefits.
