Department: Operations - Pattern Shop Reports to: Pattern Shop Supervisor Location: Grovetown, GA Shift: 1st FLSA Status: Non-Exempt OVERVIEW: The CNC Programmer supports the manufacturing and tooling operations by developing, validating, and maintaining precise five-axis CNC machining programs using Mastercam and Vericut. This role ensures tooling and pattern equipment meet engineering and foundry specifications while upholding the company's quality, safety, and production standards. The position serves as a critical link between design engineering and manufacturing, driving process accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the pattern shop.
