+ Develop, revise, and maintain plans and procedures including the Hazardous Waste Management and Hazardous Material Environmental Reporting Plan and the Waste Shipment Documentation Procedure
+ Perform subcontract technical representative functions for waste disposal, recycling, and transportation contractors
+ Perform waste stream characterizations and designations and assist in the creation of waste profiles
+ Review material requests for waste disposal considerations
+ Perform and assist in operational self-assessments
+ Assist in the compilation of reports including Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act / Superfund Amendment and Reauthorization Act and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act reports
+ Perform inspections of waste management areas and activities
