**Position Purpose:**
Responsible for performing a variety of routine hazardous and non-hazardous waste tasks in the movement of solids and liquids. Under direct supervision, tasks could include all types of manual labor in cleaning and decontamination operations, vacuum projects and handling, packing, re-packing, unloading and loading containers for processing at site or transportation to appropriate facilities.
**Primary Duties/responsibilities:**
+ Load and unload various size containers (totes, drums, tankers, trailers. etc.)

Peterson Cat has a need for an experienced Help Desk Technician at our Hillsboro, OR location.
SUMMARY
This position supports systems managed by the Information Systems department at Peterson CAT. Responsibilities include: building notebooks and desktops for new employees, imaging systems, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, installing software, opening and closing help desk tickets, prioritizing tasks, installing specialty applications from Caterpillar, ADP Truck, and other vendors. Responsibilities also include setting up workstations, installing printers, taking phone calls, providing remote support of field systems, supporting cell phones and smart phones. This role also provides support for some systems administration tasks including backup, setting up user access, password resets, risk management, supporting multifunctional devices (print, fax, copy, & scan) and other tasks as assigned, including installing VoIP phones and some patching cables for user connectivity.

Peterson Cat has a need for a Product Support Rebuild Specialist who can be based at any Peterson location.
SUMMARY
The Product Support Rebuild Specialist is responsible for profitably growing Peterson's machine rebuild business through operational excellence to achieve Peterson's strategic five-year product support growth goals. This position supports Peterson's Earthmoving business unit in all aspects of machine rebuilds with two key responsibilities: First, the position acts as a subject matter expert and assist local service departments to enhance efficiency and profitability. Second, this position supports a dedicated team of Technicians and Parts Department employees and managers that focuses on rebuilding machines and components for customer and used equipment rebuilds.
Additionally, the Product Support Rebuild Specialist develops processes and procedures for the planning and execution of each rebuild work order, clearly defining the scope of each segment in detail with the necessary steps and parts. This position is involved in every rebuild taking place across all Peterson shops, overseeing rebuild operations with an estimated annual revenue of $20 million. The success of this role is evaluated on the overall growth and profitability of machine rebuilds.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Develop processes and procedures for the planning and execution of each rebuild work order, clearly defining the scope of each segment in detail with the necessary steps and parts; ensure the required parts are ordered in advance, staged, and delivered to the shop for just in time daily needs.
Facilitate weekly Monday morning meetings to check progress with the rebuild teams, ensuring the service managers and assigned parts personnel also attend.
Ensure weekly updates on machines in the process of being rebuilt are documented and sent to the customer.
Use software to track, measure, and schedule the rebuild process and journey for each machine
Build process maps for the Service Department to utilize
Assist in preparing marketing and sales materials related to Peterson's rebuild services
Visit each rebuild shop in person monthly and host that week's progress meeting.
Asist in organizing and hosting rebuild customers at the local shop to provide progress updates, with the frequency of the visits being dictated by the customer.
Perform a post-assessment with the rebuild team to recap the results of the job upon completion; determine if the machine was delivered on time and if the flat rate quoted to the customer was achieved
Support Product Support and Machine Sales Representatives on customer visits to present rebuild proposals.
Act as a liaison with CAT representatives to develop rebuild programs, training, and technical support specific to rebuilds as needed.
Register Certified Rebuilds in CAT's system which includes warranty.
Assist local service departments to determine if any service tools are needed to support machine rebuilds to enhance efficiency and safety.
Ensure all stakeholders know the advantages of rebuilding Caterpillar equipment.
Work safely always; adhering to all applicable safety policies. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
Operate company or personal vehicle as needed.
Travel approximately 35% of the time throughout Peterson's territory (including overnight travel) to accomplish job functions listed above as well as company events, professional development, and industry conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS

The Role:

Day to Day:
Identity Management
Design -
* Define IAM security requirements for the implementation of new applications and projects.
* Provide analytical and technical guidance to the team and recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions required.
* Contribute to the overall architecture of our identity and access management standards.
Implement -
* Automate IAM processes to reduce manual effort.
* Work with managed service providers and peers to ensure new systems are onboarded into IAM tools successfully.
* Escalate and work closely with product vendors to support the technical environment.
Operate -
* Provide IAM administration as well as maintenance of user access roles including reviewing changes in the production environments and coordinating with the key stakeholders from IT, business delivery teams, and third-party vendors.
* Monitor IAM activities to proactively identify both operational issues and security incidents; identify and resolve issues with IAM tools.
* Drive towards identity standards and processes; provide guidance on application IAM best practices.
Support -
* Update IAM workflows in line with information security principles in response to business requirements.
* Ensure product/content updates occur successfully.
* Create and update IAM documentation (e.g., policies, standards, processes, etc.).
* Develop and report on key performance indicators to show the effectiveness of the identity governance administration (IGA) program.

Educational Qualifications -

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Desktop computer support:
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking (troubleshoot networking issues, software conflicts, hardware issues, process user moves and changes).
Guide users with step-by-step instructions (help create technical documentation and manuals).
Follow up with internal customers to ensure work stations are functional (validate the mounted drives are available, printer services are working, email is available).
Conduct remote troubleshooting (ask targeted questions to diagnose problems, test alternative solutions until issue is resolved, direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel, record technical issues and solutions in logs).
Mobile device support:
Mobile phone configuration (assign phone to specific user, configure email, deploy required applications, set device security).
Tablet configuration (assign tablet to specific user, configure required applications, device security).
Mobile device management (validate devices in the system, push new applications to user devices as they become available, push application updates as needed, maintain device security).
Asset inventory management:
Enter new equipment into tracking system database (receives equipment, deploys asset tag, records equipment specifications and serial numbers).
Retires out of date equipment securely (retires equipment from the asset database, stores equipment securely until ready for proper disposal).
Ensures asset recovery upon employee departure (assigned by IT Manager to recover assets in a timely fashion, determine who gets access to departed employee data, determine status of email, updates asset status in tracking system, securely stores asset for next use).
Audits systems for proper security software and configurations (as assigned by the IT Manager).
Computer setup:
Computer imaging (use of MDT to apply the current image, using the computer naming standard, creation of the user account and accesses).
Software installation (install user specific software per user manager instructions).
Qualifications
Associate degree preferred or relevant field or equivalent work experience.
2yrs experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with current Windows OS.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Apple IOS, Citrix, VMWare, MDM environment.
Experience in responding to ticket-based support system.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a DST II to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Work Environment
Office-based, in a temperature-controlled environment. Typical working hours for the DST II are generally Monday - Friday during normal business hours. Occasional travel to active construction sites in Portland and state wide. This may include adverse weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
Field Staff Management Leads a team of field operations employees-either line, meter, or substation crews-including both union-represented and non-represented staff. Responsible for overseeing the safe, timely, and efficient execution of construction, maintenance, operations, and emergency restoration work on the electric transmission and distribution system within the assigned region.
Provides technical leadership to the team, ensuring work aligns with company standards, procedures, and performance goals. Coordinates activities across the operations center to maintain alignment, communicating priorities, emerging issues, and urgent tasks from the Senior Manager and ensuring timely follow-through. Actively identifies and resolves operational issues and ensures all procedures and practices are up to date, effective, and fit for purpose.
Safety Ensures that management and union field leadership are held accountable for maintaining safety as a crew priority; continually promotes safe working methods, practices and procedures; ensures crews are taking appropriate measures to protect the environment and the public. Collaborates with the Safety team as a partner to understand new ways of decreasing risk to the employees, customers, bystanders and the company
Labor-Management Relations Administers Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA); supports engagement with the union and Labor Relations; partners with local union leadership and Labor Relations to develop a healthy working relationship, build a collaborative environment and deal with employee issues.
Plan, Direct and Control Operations Oversees key functions of field operations within the assigned operations center and its service territory. Develops staffing plans, work schedules, and budgets to ensure the right resources and programs are in place to support effective power delivery operations and maintenance. Optimizes resource allocation across the region and determines when supplemental crews or contractors are needed for planned work or emergencies.
Provides strategic direction to supervisors and union field leadership in executing work plans and achieving performance goals. Develops and tracks both short- and long-term plans, using performance metrics to monitor crew and contractor productivity. Communicates key scorecard items and ensures action is taken.
Participates in annual storm preparedness planning and leads restoration efforts during outages. Makes decisions on major restoration methods and oversees their implementation; serves as duty manager during assigned weeks. Ensures strong communication systems are in place so that all personnel are aligned with and support the company's strategic direction.
Internal Collaboration Leads efforts to provide consistency across the operation center and departments; represents the operation center at required meetings affecting power delivery operations and in developing strategy and ensuring alignment with other regions. Leads operation center territory efforts to improve quality of construction and work practices that enhance reliability. Works cooperatively with other departments to integrate resources and facilities where appropriate. Drives process improvement initiatives: interfaces with the scheduling and planning function assisting them to schedule more fully and enforcing expectations.

Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity.
