The CitizensPlus loyalty program is an essential part of this value proposition and Citizens is looking for a leader to oversee its ongoing development and delivery.

The overall objective for the role will be to ensure that CitizensPlus remains a distinct, competitive advantage for Citizens that drives deeper relationships within each of our customer segments. Success will be measured by achieving higher deposit, loan and investment balances per household, lower attrition and improved NPS. This role will be expected to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to shape and deliver the strategic vision for CitizensPlus, executing on the roadmap through the direct management of agile delivery teams.
Specific areas of responsibility include:

+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute the strategic roadmap to drive deeper relationships through the CitizensPlus offering.

+ Build, prioritize and execute the backlog of activities to continuously strengthen the attractiveness of the offer structure adhering to both strategic and financial objectives.

+ Build, maintain and improve the overall fulfillment experience related to the building and redeeming of rewards. Automate fulfillment processes and ensure a well controlled operation.

+ Develop personalized engagement programs with customers through multi channel communications that build excitement and awareness for all platform benefits.

+ Develop and continuously enhance the experience for upgrading, onboarding and offboarding to and from the different segment propositions ensuring that customers move seamlessly between them.

+ Work with partners in sales development and training to ensure that the CitizensPlus program is fully understood in an easily communicable way to our colleagues and customers.

+ Work with marketing partners to position CitizensPlus in the market to drive excitement and awareness, improving both our acquisition rates and customer deepening.

+ Manage investment capital for the program, prioritizing it for deployment to deliver the expected return on investment

+ Provide direction and oversight to multiple agile delivery pods executing the prioritized backlog of activities to achieve the desired objectives and key results

+ Progress the agile maturity of the team

Leadership qualities required to be successful in this role:

+ Ability to influence through an indirect, matrix reporting structure with a track record of building high performing teams

Qualifications

+ 10+ years of experience in product development, marketing, strategy, digital, process/user interface design. Prior management of loyalty programs preferred but not required.

+ Proven experience implementing strategies by setting realistic OKRs

+ Ability to facilitate collaboration with team members to develop new ideas & solve problems within Neighborhood/Town domain

+ Knowledge of agile approaches (e.g., XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD) as well as design thinking and front -to-back process reengineering and automation.

+ Extensive experience providing technical solutions to functional challenges.

+ Consistently applies current procedures and technologies to resolve business issues.

+ Substantial knowledgebase of relevant products/services which is broad, current and technology focused.

+ Ability to link and synthesize data and research across the business and external market to drive product development and enable digitization.

+ Coaching and leading teams on the advanced use of requirements analysis tools and services, including prototyping and use-cases.

+ Producing detailed functional and information requirements models and documentation, including strong story telling expertise to ensure impact and buy in.

+ Training teams' requirements analyses and quality reviews.

Preferred Experience:

+ Bachelor's degree; Master's degree highly desired
