About The Role:
The Account Executives report to a Senior/National Account Manager and support the growth of existing accounts by leveraging Spot's services and freight solutions to nurture relationships and build lasting partnerships. This role requires great communication skills, an energetic personality, and a strong work ethic. Account Executives are responsible for communication, quoting, developing, operating, maintaining, and growing their assigned accounts.
Schedule: Monday/Tuesday/ Wednesday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Thursday/ Friday off, Saturday/Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:00PM.
Responsibilities:
* Manage client operational relationships and day-to-day operations between customer and the Company by ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer inquiries, and developing and executing problem resolution.
* Serve as a direct avenue of clear communication for clients and prospective clients by developing, operating, maintaining, and growing assigned accounts.
* Review and identify new opportunities with the client, coordinating with the National Account Director to determine the appropriate approach for each designated customer.
* Ensure consistent operations and load management with internal Spot stakeholders, as dictated by customer needs; up to and including coordination with Spot teams in Carrier Account Management, Carrier Services and Logistics.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred, previous sales or customer service experience desirable.

About The Role:
The Logistics Coordinator works in Spot's 24/7 Customer Contact Center. This role is responsible for the tracking and confirmation of all customer shipments, as well as providing on-the-spot problem resolution for any customer's need.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
Responsibilities:
* Route shipments in the most cost-effective manner.
* Tracking/tracing shipments while resolving any shipping errors.
* Provide excellent customer service to both business customers and carriers.
* Ability to perform a high volume of outbound calls.
* Monitor the movement of our freight through our proprietary logistics technology to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Communicate any transit issues to respective parties and provide solutions.
Qualifications:

In joint responsibility with the Pilot in Command, the Dispatcher is accountable for ensuring operational control, safety, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Flight Dispatcher has the authority to cancel, delay, or divert flights when operational safety cannot be assured.
This role is also responsible for continuously monitoring flights from departure to arrival-including all scheduled stops and diversions-and for tracking mechanical delays and other conditions that could impact flight safety. The Dispatcher must maintain real-time situational awareness and make timely decisions to uphold the highest standards of safety and operational quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Exercises operational control, not limited to the timely execution of flight releases, providing the PIC with all the information necessary for the safety of the flight (registering every "Amendment"), demonstrating proficiency and compliance by navigating through GOM, AOM, FAA SPECS, OCC-SOP, MEL, NRFO and any other manuals required for the ongoing operation.
Maintains operational control, not limited to continuously monitoring enroute, destination and alternate weather reports and forecasts, navigation and airport facilities, fuel requirements, airworthiness, and full utilization of available communication systems.
Executes notifications for arrivals and/or departures (Customs, PQ, MDAD, APIS), coordination with Load Control and Maintenance Control to maximize fleet utilization and payloads in compliance with operational control communications and support
Reports operational issues to the OCC Duty Managers and timely provides fuel schedule, amounts and tankering (when possible) to maximize cost efficiency.
Supports Charter Sales with timely maximum payloads, enroute times, fuel requirements and overfly/landing permits.
Completes Fuel Tankering Control, Daily Recap, Process Trip Envelopes, and Completion of any other assignment from the OCC Managers.
Responds within 3 rings along with backing up scheduling and maintenance control lines
Processes all the duties to use downtime for processing Amerijet manuals, Jeppesen revisions, trip envelopes, fuel reconciliations and statistical reports, timely.
Schedules flight crews and monitor crew times when necessary
Assists flight crews with load movements and weight and balance, arrange ground handling and ground support of Amerijet aircraft.
Consistently maintains a rating of 98% or better on flight releasing reliability and all other operational control duties.
Consistently maintains 98% or better on payload maximization and fuel tankerage efficiencies to meet or exceed company objectives.
Consistently maintains efficient utilization of the daily downtime for processing the Tankering Control, special permits, statistical reports, revision of manuals, Jeppesen revisions, and trip envelops.
Receives rating of good or better on performance evaluations.
Maintains satisfactory on-time attendance record within acceptable guidelines as outlined in Company Employee Manual.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Education and Experience:
Minimum high school diploma or GED. College degree a plus.
Must hold a FAA Part121 Dispatch certificate.

You'll play a critical role in advancing our pricing technology by deploying machine learning models and LLM-based agents on Databricks, Azure Foundry, and related cloud platforms. As our AI capabilities expand, you'll refine the reliability, performance, and scalability of deployed systems to ensure they deliver accurate, fast insights to the business.
Performance, automation, and operational excellence matter - you will design monitoring and feedback loops to retrain models, detect drift, and continuously improve outcomes across Spot's intelligent platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain machine learning models and agentic AI systems that improve pricing accuracy, quoting efficiency, and operational decision-making.
* Build and operate MLOps pipelines using Databricks, Delta Lake, and Azure tools to automate data preparation, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
* Integrate ML and LLM-based agents with internal operational tools and customer-facing applications through APIs and orchestration frameworks.
* Implement observability for AI components: performance metrics, drift detection, automated retraining, and incident response.
* Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture that maximizes scalability, security, and throughput in production.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards for our growing AI ecosystem.
* Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into intelligent solutions.
Required Qualifications:
* Four-year degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
* 3-4+ years of applied machine learning experience with models deployed to production environments.
* Proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
* Hands-on experience in Databricks (Databricks ML, Delta Tables, Model Serving, Unity Catalog).
* Practical knowledge of SQL, distributed data systems, and creating efficient data pipelines.
* Strong understanding of MLOps concepts including CI/CD for ML models, containerization, and versioned deployments.
* Ability to demonstrate capability in a guided technical exercise.

About The Role:
The Logistics Coordinator works in Spot's 24/7 Customer Contact Center. This role is responsible for the tracking and confirmation of all customer shipments, as well as providing on-the-spot problem resolution for any customer's need.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Thursday 1 PM - 9:30 PM
Responsibilities:
* Route shipments in the most cost-effective manner.
* Tracking/tracing shipments while resolving any shipping errors.
* Provide excellent customer service to both business customers and carriers.
* Ability to perform a high volume of outbound calls.
* Monitor the movement of our freight through our proprietary logistics technology to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Communicate any transit issues to respective parties and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
* College degree or currently pursuing a degree is preferred.
* Previous customer service or call center experience is required.
* Excellent problem-solving skills required.
* Highly collaborative and values constant improvement.
Skills:
* Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
* Ability to maintain professional conduct in a fast-paced environment and handle difficult or irate customers professionally and calmly.

* Ability to attend a 3-week training class that takes place Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm.
