St. Charles Community College seeks a full-time Tier 2 Technical Support Analyst position will analyze and determine user software needs; ensure effective operation of audio visual for classroom and community events, and provide other high-level instructional and technical support for the academic and community functions of the College on the main campus and off-site location(s).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
* Meets with users to determine specifications and network configurations needed for new and existing software.
* Provides instructional and technical support to staff, faculty, and students for computers, AV needs, printing and other miscellaneous hardware and software.
* Analyzes information (specifications compared to the workstations and network it will be installed on) and works with the vendor to resolve any technical issues.
* Deploys images and reviews special policies or permissions that need to be setup. Verifies software license information.
* Software installation on a network or standalone.
* Set-up, troubleshoots and ensures connectivity to the network by proper configuration.
* Record system documentation for technical procedures and/or training.
* Set-up and performs testing of software on new operating systems.
* Trainer for Tier 1 Technology Support Analysts.
* Provides basic audio/visual equipment maintenance.
* Provides media instruction for faculty, staff and community.
* Installs, administers, and operates all audio/visual equipment, for all video production activities related to SCC. Including projectors, recorders, data projectors, distribution amplifiers, cameras, mixer/editor; photography equipment; overhead, slide and 16mm projectors; personal computer.
* Manages the TV Studio and assists faculty with classroom activities, including instructional sessions with studio equipment (switcher, teleprompter, cameras, etc.)
* Complies with IT procedure for reporting child pornography on SCC equipment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Associate's degree from two-year College; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience deploying software to computers using SCCM, loading software, and basic hardware knowledge.
* Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server environment including Active Directory, group policies, and permissions.
* Experience documenting standard operating procedures, processes, and other administrative functions.
* Self-motivated, task oriented, focused on resolving issues, and ability to function with minimal supervision.
* Conceptual knowledge of network and physical security principles.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

POSITION SUMMARY:

As part of the librarian team, they provide information literacy instruction in various settings, including the classroom, online, and instructional videos following Association of College & Research Libraries (ACRL) guidelines, which include emerging technology such as AI.
As part of the librarian team, develops and manages print and electronic library collections, including initiating requests for new materials, evaluating the current collection, and recommending materials for withdrawal.

A master's degree in library science from an ALA-accredited institution is required. Job Summary:
The Executive Director for Human Resources and Employee Development is responsible for supervision and hands-on administration of human resource operations. POSITION SUMMARY
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for assisting with the preparation, processing, and maintenance of accurate and timely payroll for 900+ employees in compliance with institutional policies, state and federal regulations, and collective bargaining agreements where applicable. This position supports the Business Office by ensuring data integrity within the payroll system and assisting with reporting and reconciliation activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Generate and maintain various payroll and institutional reports in the payroll system as directed by the Payroll Manager and/or Director of Financial Services.
* Process payroll transactions, including, but not limited to, data entry for items such as Payroll Authorization Forms (PAF), absence forms, direct deposit updates, deduction adjustments, tax-sheltered annuity (TSA) changes, and W-4 updates.
* Process new hire, rehire, and termination payroll paperwork in accordance with SCC guidelines.
* Process job verifications and social security wage verifications in accordance with SCC guidelines.
* Support the preparation of payroll reports, including tax filings (W-2s, 941s, etc.) and benefit reconciliations.
* Provide service-driven assistance by responding to general payroll inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
* Obtain a general understanding of the basics of the PSRS/PEERS retirement systems, employee leave policies (vacation, sick, personal, bereavement, unpaid, etc.), and the itemization of an employee's paycheck.
* Process payroll accounts payable vouchers from the Payroll Recap and issue payments by mail or approved electronic methods.
* Maintain and archive the payroll filing system, including routine filing as needed.
* Assist with audits and other related duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager or Director of Financial Services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Associate's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

SCC is seeking a full-time Inventory Specialist who is responsible for maintaining accurate records of the institution's capital assets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, institutional policies, and external funding requirements. This role supports financial stewardship by tracking, reconciling, and reporting on fixed assets such as equipment and other college property. The Inventory Specialist works closely with finance, facilities, and purchasing to safeguard college resources and ensure accountability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the tagging, tracking, and disposal of assets and maintaining the fixed asset register across all campuses.
Support external and internal audits by providing documentation and reports.
Completing monthly reconciliation of assets against the general ledger ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Partner with the facilities department and external moving vendors to plan and manage college-wide moves.
Reallocates excess College assets throughout the College community and determines when assets will be considered surplus property and available for sale.
Advising departments on inventory procedures and asset disposal
Provide backup support for warehouse receiving and shipping operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree in supply chain, logistics or business.
2-3 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or inventory/asset management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
Ability to reconcile accounts and prepare accurate asset reports.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklift and pallet jacks.
Proficiency in using ERP integrated Asset/Purchasing/General Ledger system (Colleague, Anthology, or similar).
Bachelor's degree in business and 1 year of relevant experience.
