1st (6am-2pm, Mon-Fri)

OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

The Process Technician for Pre-Staging has the ownership of preparing the Tool for quick install in the Thermoforming machines and is responsible for ensuring tooling is in good working order to complete a quick install and ensure quality and efficiencies are met on the Thermoforming production line. This position will perform all preparations to tooling for set-up/changeover, machine functions and advanced troubleshooting.

ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS

• Prepares tooling by studying Work Order, Quality Envelop, Specification Drawings, Production Part; gathering tooling, parts, tools and materials.

• Ensure all Tooling is properly stamped with CR# before releasing Tool to Production.

• Lift, position, and secure tooling on carts or work tables, using cranes/hoist.

• Review and maintain any required logs, check sheets, inspection sheets, and work orders.

• Strong knowledge to perform Tool Inspections and preparation, knowledge of Tool Install of Forming Station, Trim Station, Strip Station, Stacker Station and Tool Removal.

• Performs post production tooling inspections and locate to proper area; repair or storage.

• Performs minor repairs to tooling and equipment.

• Assist in the overall maintenance of the Pre-Staging equipment.

• Verifies specifications by measuring completed part and/or tooling using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, tape measure and dial indicators.

• Visualize and compute dimensions, sizes, shapes and tolerances of tooling and equipment, based on specifications.

• Keeps equipment operation by completing preventative maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.

• Demonstrated ability for maintaining maximum utilization/up time on machinery in assigned areas.

• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

• Assure that master tooling is properly labeled and segregated for ease of accessibility.

• Communicate any production issues to next shift Process Technician for Pre-Staging.

• Assist on-the-job training and coaching as needed.

• Immediately take corrective action for any machine stoppage; notify Supervisor and request maintenance assistance in the event of serious problems with machinery of parts and assist in problem solving if other personnel are required.

• Recognizes and corrects safety hazards as they are identified.

• Maintain assigned zone in a clean and orderly condition; follow all safety policies and procedures including lockout/tagout, GMP practices to meet company standards.

• Participate in Lean Manufacturing Events as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Blueprint Reading
• Quality Inspection Experience
• Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Machine Safety Inspections
• High School / GED
• Excellent Communication Skills

Imaging and Staging Technician - $20hr- $25/hr.

You will be responsible for unpacking, testing, imaging, staging, and shipping end-user computing equipment and peripheral equipment from the depot location to the customer locations. You will support multiple customers of diverse scopes where analysis of data and hardware requires evaluation of identifiable factors to implement the correct solution. You must be able to exercise judgment with supervision within the generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and act as a liaison between customers, departments, and within the organization to lead problem resolution.

Experience Needed:

* 3+ years of computer experience
* Processing, packaging, and shipping in a warehouse environment
* Basic Networking knowledge
* Data backup and recovery tools (USMT)
* Great customer service skills
* Ability to track and document
* Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes

Job Summary: The Entertainment Department is looking for a Stage Technician to assist with supporting our shows and special events in the park including building, installation of sound, lights, scenic, props, costumes, tables, chairs and A-frames. Qualified applicants should have good technical aptitude, a strong commitment to safety and work well in high pressure situations. This position falls under our agreement with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO, District Lodge No. 947 and would be subject to the terms of the contract. Multiple interviews required.

Reports to: Technical Supervisors (direct), Senior Technical Supervisors, Entertainment Full-Time Supervisors

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Supervised set up and strike of various shows and events including but not limited to audio, scenic, and theatrical lighting

+ Model the level of guest service that we expect of all employees

+ Maintain Wage and Hour Compliance guidelines

+ Assist will coverage in all areas of Entertainment, as needed

+ Available to work various shifts, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays

+ Will be required to train on and operate large vehicles and heavy equipment.

Qualifications:

+ Experience in Technical theater, live event production, film, sound mixing, Theatrical lighting, scenic or carpentry preferred but not required

+ Must have hand and power tool experience

+ Strong troubleshooting background

+ 18 years or older, and have a high school diploma or equivalent

+ Vehicle operating experience and possess a valid CA driver license

+ Good verbal and written communication skills

+ Must have a positive, can-do attitude.

Physical Requirements:

+ Constantly standing, talking, climbing walking, reaching, using finger movement, grasping, feeling, speaking clearly, hearing conversation, using hearing acuity, seeing near far, stooping, bending, kneeling

+ Working in extreme heat, sun, cold, wetness, humidity and temperature change

+ Must be able to push pull and carry up to 50 lbs

+ All lifts over 51 lbs. require help from a coworker or mechanical device

+ Overtime of adults may be required from time to time to accommodate the business need

+ Working with noises above 89 decibels

+ Working at heights up to and exceeding 40'.
