We are looking for a Business Associate that will match our fast-paced energy and workflow while maintaining an on-target and detail-orientated work product, with a respectful and professional presentation. This is an entry level to intermediate position for legal data entry. This is a position with the potential for fast growth and advancement within the firm. You will be working with our case management system to open new cases, process demand letters and guide these cases throughout the litigation process. Candidates with previous litigation support experience are a plus but not required. We are willing to thoroughly train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Assist in legal administrative tasks such as filing documents, preparing pleadings, and maintaining case files.
Transcribe legal documents and correspondence accurately and promptly.
Conduct document reviews to ensure compliance with legal standards and requirements.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy access to important documents.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, and photocopying of legal materials.
Utilize Law software for case management processes.
Assist on litigation projects.

Skills:
