Job DescriptionPosition Description: Provo area surgery center is seeking a Central Processing Technician to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, caring service pertinent to individual needs of surgical patients. This individual prepares medical instruments and related items for use and ensures their availability. Scrubs and washes surgical instruments, containers, and equipment, such as aspirators and suction units. Sterilizes instruments, equipment, surgical linens, and supplies, such as surgical packs and treatment trays, using autoclave, sterilizer, or antiseptic solutions.
