QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1-3 years' experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) forklift certification is an advantage.

What you can expect to be doing:
This position is "hands on" and the individual should have a self-starter mindset.
Setting up the equipment for production following the schedule to fulfill our customer orders.
The majority of your shift will involve operating large equipment such as shredders and grinders.

Material Handlers are regularly on their feet, monitoring, adjusting and attentively aware of the equipment they are operating.
Forklifts are used to transfer material within the production floor - please note this is not a forklift position.

The Warehouse Team Member (Cold Storage) operates a forklift or other powered industrial truck to receive, ship, pick, move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
