About the Role
In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and consistent execution of store operations. You will efficiently process freight, replenishment, and omni channel operations.
What You'll Do
Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment
Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes
Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
Execute all product protection standards
Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl's brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership

An MH1 (picker) works with the Team Lead and/or Warehouse MC to get a production order to be picked. The picker will use a scanner and forklift to get this done. The delivery # will be entered into a scanner, and that will tell the picker, where to pick from and how many to pick. This process will be repeated until the delivery is fulfilled. The use of a forklift **(reach truck) will be required. There will be parts of various sizes and weights that will make up a kit. The kits need to be orderly and packed in a safe manner and according to the expectation, then placed in the buffer until productions calls for it. Start the process over.**

* Issue material and process WIP to Finished Goods transactions of all Machine Shop and subcontract jobs.
* Perform the processes required to maintain VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory).
* Process Finished Goods receipts daily from production by prepacking and staging when possible.
* Morning reconciliation of previous day's WIP to FG transactions, pack lists and travelers.
* Pulls FG parts required to fulfill the day's shipments, always filling from oldest stock to newest, with special attention to lot/date cores and serial number accuracy.
* Research inventory and shipping discrepancies to resolve shipping issues and work to prevent shipping errors.
* Work with customer shipping portals for ASN and label creation.
* Be a reliable employee that can work independently.
* Follow the instruction and procedures on the print.
* Maintain a high standard and meet deadlines.
* Be a team player and consistently work well with others.
* Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two person lift.
Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis.
Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.
Ability to comply with health and safety standards.
