KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately pick, stage, and process materials and parts to support daily production and shipping needs. Operate a variety of material handling equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and pallet jacks to safely move materials throughout the facility. Deliver materials to designated points of use on the production floor or within the warehouse, ensuring efficient flow and minimal downtime. Collaborate closely with assembly teams and warehouse staff to anticipate material needs and respond quickly to requests. Support a culture of safety and compliance by following all OSHA regulations and company policies related to material handling and workplace conduct. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment through regular housekeeping and 5S practices. Utilize hand and power tools as needed for packaging, kitting, or basic material prep. Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and aligned with operational goals. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities, helping to ensure accuracy and reliability in material tracking systems. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. About the Position The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Powered Industrial Equipment. The Forklift Operator is responsible for utilizing the lift equipment to move, load, unload, and stack products in preparation for shipping and receiving demands to meet customer needs. Schedule Options & Pay Rates: A Shift: Mon thru Thurs, 5am to 3:30pm: $22.50 per hr B Shift: Mon thru Thurs, 4pm to 2:30am: $25.50 per hr C Shift: Fri, Sat, & Sun, 6am to 6:30pm: $25.50 per hr Functions Safely operate Powered Industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution such as reach, slip sheet, push/pull equipment, and drive-in pallet racking. Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed. Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
