The Recovery Technician will work in a substance use/ co-occurring disorder Centerstone Recovery Transitional Program and tracks, monitors and documents client behaviors and interactions. Recovery Technicians complete day-to-day program tasks, monitor clients and the program facility to ensure safety and compliance with program guidelines, communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and treatment team.
Observes and documents client compliance with medication regimes as dictated in the treatment plan; assists clinical staff in meeting and monitoring the client's medical and health care needs.
Assists in the implementation of program schedule.

Eliot is currently seeking a Forensic Substance Abuse Case Manager for the new Lowell Forensic Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Team.. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the unique needs and history/background of the population and knowledge relapse prevention and SA placements. A proven experience in community-based work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness are a must. PACT is an evidenced based multidisciplinary outreach mental program that serves adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses in the community. PACT staff work as a team to collaborate with consumers to develop treatment interventions that assist them in their recovery process.
Responsibilities:
+ Ensure that consumers are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with ECHS' Human Rights policy.
+ Assist consumers in being fully integrated in their communities by supporting them in the use of community resources, encouraging them in establishing memberships within their communities, and reducing stigma within the community through education.
+ Provide and maintain therapeutic boundaries and a professional relationship with consumers.
+ Actively take part in supervision, staff meetings, in-services and trainings as required or determined by supervisor.
+ Act as Liaison between the courts and correctional facilities.
+ Deliver and monitor consumer medications in accordance with Agency, DMH and DPH regulations, policies and procedures. Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of all documentation and administration.
+ Transport consumers to required court mandated treatment, probation/parole appointments, work sites, meetings, daily activities, appointments, as needed. Follow all motor vehicle rules and regulations when driving consumers.
+ Participate in Daily Organizational Meeting (DOM) in accordance with Eliot policies and PACT standards. This shall include completing progress notes prior to the DOM for every consumer contact and collateral contact in the format indicated by policy.
+ Perform shift management as assigned by the Team Leader in accordance with Eliot policies and PACT standards.
+ Act as a primary case manager to 7-15 consumers in accordance with Eliot's policies and PACT standards.
