This individual will be responsible for the profitable operation of their assigned segment of the Service Business. Summary: Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated construction projects to ensure site safety, project quality, and expected profitability is achieved within targeted time frame.

Description of Required Skills: At least five years related experience and/or training in the door business or related industry. Ability to utilize Windows e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet and project scheduling programs. Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent written, verbal and pro-active follow up/through communications are required. Demonstrated effective management experience is a must.

Description of Professional Qualities: Two year college level education with a degree in a technical/management discipline or equivalent.

Description of Essential Duties:

* Responsible for the daily coordination of door installation.
* Enforce Door Systems Zero Tolerance safety policy at all work sites.
* Accurately forecast the installation hours and cost for each project throughout installation.
* Work with general contractors and other trades to ensure project goals are met.
* Manage multiple projects, coordinate start dates with customers, and ensure just in time delivery of equipment.
* Support and ensure that field operatives are on task to meet customer project goals and Door Systems profitability target.
* Partner with other departments to discuss project's progress, issues, and action/recovery plans.
* Partner with sales operation to ensure accurate costing of new project bids and ensure book orders contain the expenses and labor hours necessary to meet expected profit margins.

The Install Supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation of commercial car wash equipment. Supervises multiple projects simultaneously. Works closely with team members, customers and other departments to ensure continuous improvement within the Install Department deliverables. Coordinates schedules to ensure timely project completion. Trains and develops team members.

Reports to: RVP

Hours: 7:00am -5:00pm with additional overtime hours as needed, requires travel Monday - Friday.

+ Supervise the installation of commercial car wash equipment

+ Understands electrical, plumbing, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

+ Supervise multiple install projects from equipment delivery to wash opening

+ Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing & installation environment.

+ Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air.

+ Will require heavy work (lifting greater than 30 pounds). Ability to carry 50 lbs. for 100 feet unassisted.

+ Machinery operation requires the use of safety PPE equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, steel-toe shoes, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted

+ Regularly required to stand or sit, and move about the facility. Ability to stand for 8 hours per day.

+ The employee frequently is required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Materials and Equipment Used: Will require proper coordination, and motor skills to work with power/hand tools as needed. Tools: Impact Driver, Air Ratchet, Socket set, Box End, Allen, Torx Wrenches, Screwdrivers, Nut Divers, Pneumatic riveters, Drills (cordless, electric) and drill bits, Vices, Taps, Cutting Tools, Hammers, Other machinery (swage crimpers, cloth cutters, impeller balancing, MIG).
