The position is for a leader in Sustainability Engineering. This is a leadership role which will oversee the strategy, architecture and development efforts for the Sustainability book of work. A successful candidate will establish relationships with other departments and Firm best practices to ensure we leverage standards and tools available within the broader enterprise. The individual will work as part of the global development team, which is spread across 6 MSIM offices.

Problem solving and comfort with ambiguity Influencing and negotiation experience Technical and architecture experience with large complex systems Interaction with C-suite & senior stakeholders Good oral and written communication skills
