**Position Summary**
Under Armour's Sourcing Services organization is growing and looking for an experienced Analyst to work with cross functional teamswith a focus on reporting, analytics, driving improvement across sustainable materials KPI's, and be an ambassador for UA's sustainability and traceability expectations _._ The role will engage cross functionally with Sustainability, Quality, Product, Global Product Supply,and Innovationto develop reporting and auditing systems to ensure sustainability and traceability metrics are met.
Connecting data from multiple systems and sources to create concise and accurate reports is vital. Requirements are driven by UA's Sustainability and Traceability goals, US Customs Laws and Regulations. This role will also provide guidance and insights on how to meet and exceed UA's Sustainable Materials Goals.
We need someone who is detail-oriented, skilled at creating reports from the ground up, a strong communicator who can clearly articulate how to interpret their data, and someone committed to delivering on time across many dependencies.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Design, Test and Analyze all Sustainability and Traceability reporting for Materials Planning and QA.
+ Audit Cotton Tracing reports from Pivot 88. Investigate every flagged PO, approximately 10 per day, to ensure UA is not in violation of US Customs laws.
+ Ensure supplier mapping in Pivot 88 is 100% accurate for Purchase Orders containing Cotton goods.
+ Provide key sustainability data for UA's Annual Sustainability Report and GTM Processes.
+ Responsible for ensuring accuracy of materials master data elements that drive reporting.
+ Provide insight and ideas on how to improve UA Sustainability and Traceability metrics to other cross functional groups within UA (Product, Global Product Supply).
**Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**
+ Ability to work effectively in an environment of changing requirements.
+ Strong attention to detail, and follow up.
+ Ability to prioritize, organize multiple tasks and still meet deadlines.
+ Self-motivated, works under own direction.

Purpose and Scope of role:
This role is based in Plainfield, IL (Remote Possible) and is part of the North America Technical Team, an integral function within North America (NA) Supply. The role of Analyst, Environment & Sustainability is to support NA environmental regulatory compliance and sustainability objectives. A key role in Supply Technical to support NA Supply and deliver Diageo's environmental sustainability strategy for 2030.
Success will be achieved by supporting and improving environmental compliance and sustainability data analytics and providing the information required to support improvements seeking innovative technologies and best in class practices across areas of Sustainability within our conversion sites, our different offices & our Supply Chain Logistics & Planning organization.
For the Analyst, Environment & Sustainability, this includes:
•Manage data collection, validation, reporting & analytical assessment of NAM (North America Market) environmental KPIs (key performance indicators)
•Collaborate with project management and site governance teams to update visual management data for reporting of actuals and predicted environmental performance.
•Support NA to properly report environmental performance and comply with other regulatory or global reporting and permit requirements.
•Validate monthly environmental data through trend analysis and site engagement
•Work with engineering and project managers to ensure all sustainability-related projects have quantified water, energy, carbon, or packaging impacts
