Pros of working at Sweeping Corporation of America

A high percentage of staff works hard and are diligent in their duties. Speaking from a manager position, many, and I mean a very high percentage do not have industry knowledge. When such people are in high positions and control operations, this is a major problem.

Cons of working at Sweeping Corporation of America

Lack of structure, direction and SOP's. It's pretty much lick your finger, stick it in the air, and that is where you'll be headed.
