Job Summary:The Non CDL Driver will operate a Sweeper Truck on commercial shopping centers and retail centers. The route will involve operating the Sweeper truck to scheduled stops and emptying trash cans, blowing off walk areas, picking up large trash on property and sweeping/cleaning the parking areas. The truck driver positions require the ability to navigate traffic, be organized, able to log correct information and have alert driving senses, ability to get in and out of truck multiple times a night.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform required pre-inspection of Parking Lot Street Sweeper to ensure safety and successful operation prior to using equipment.
Review scheduled shopping centers and parking garages assigned to your route.
Be proactive and ask questions if route is unclear.
Operate Air Sweeper Truck to remove all debris and trash from parking lots as per customer scope.
Safely travel to and from each route stop. Driver may be responsible for sweeping up to 13 stops in a nightly route.
Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted and order provided.
Maintain quality of work to uphold SCA's Standard of Quality
Track completed tasks and/or routes (sweep validation per procedures)
Report any equipment failures, near misses or accidents to Lead Driver or Supervisor immediately.
Refuel truck at the end of the shift.
Perform all other additional duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
Valid Driver's license required.
CDL A or B with Current Medical Card, Preferred.
Have or willing to obtain a DOT Physical, Required.
Pass pre-employment compliance
Requires work performed in outdoor environments.
Exposure to variable and adverse weather conditions.
Exposure to noise, vibrations, jarring, fumes grease oil & chemicals.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as a level B Mechanic
Strong knowledge of machinery, hydraulic, electrical, and other mechanical systems
Skilled in using hand tools, shop tools, and precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers)
Ability to follow established procedures, read instruction manuals, and wiring schematics
Must have basic hand tools for daily use
Commitment to adhering to health and safety regulations

About the role
The Head of Manufacturing will be one of Arinna's first technical leaders and a key contributor to the design and scale‑up of our coating processes. You will transform lab‑scale ink formulations into uniform, functional thin films that form the foundation of Arinna's photovoltaic architecture. Your work will center on developing and optimizing slot‑die, blade, and related coating methods for solution‑processed semiconductors and charge‑transport layers. You'll collaborate closely with materials and device teams to link film quality to photovoltaic performance and guide the transition from R&D to pilot‑line production.
What You'll Do
Develop, refine, and scale solution-based coating protocols (slot-die, blade, micro-gravure, etc.) for multilayer PV films.
Translate ink formulations into high-quality coatings with controlled wetting, drying, thickness, uniformity, and continuity.
Characterize thin films for their optical (UV/Vis, ellipsometry, etc.), electrical (4-point probe, Hall effect measurement, kelvin probe, IV, etc.) and physical (AFM, SEM, profilometry, etc.) properties to guide process optimization.
Study the influence of ink chemistry and rheology, substrate surface energy and ink wetting, drying kinetics, and post‑deposition processing on film continuity and performance.
Collaborate with device and materials teams to link material inputs and deposition parameters to photovoltaic metrics (Jsc, Voc, FF, stability, etc.). Help design and scale experimental setups - including deposition/drying systems (IR/convection drying, air-knife systems, and web handling, etc.) as well as film characterization systems.
Document process parameters, yield data, and continuous-improvement learnings in a reproducible framework.

About the role
Cheetah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our dynamic finance team. Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will be a key leader in our finance team, responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and seamless consolidation processes. This role requires a strong background in SaaS, e-commerce, and payments, with a focus on providing accurate and timely financial insights to support decision‑making. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment and be comfortable wearing multiple hats as we grow.
What you'll do
Manage and perform day‑to‑day accounting operations, including all general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and equity‑based compensation functions.
Lead the month‑end close process, including preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Establish and improve accounting processes and framework for internal controls, design for scalability and growth, including the development of key deliverables (financial analyses, reconciliations, management reporting).
Manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations and growth initiatives.
Manage the preparation, review and filing of all tax returns by working closely with external tax consultants.
Position the company to complete its first external financial audit.
Support the CFO with fundraising activities, including financial modeling, due diligence, and investor reporting as needed.
Prepare reporting and analysis for senior management, the Board of Directors and the investment community.
Coordinate with FP&A on the annual budgeting process and provide support for ongoing analysis of financial performance.
Evaluate accounting software and develop a roadmap of key systems and integrations required to drive automation and efficiency across the entire company as we scale.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.
Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience with at least 6 years at a Big 4 accounting firm.
Proven experience in a Controller role within a tech or high‑growth industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of accounting processes, technical accounting and financial management.
Prior startup experience, preferably at the seed or early‑stage.
Mastery of GAAP and extensive experience with accounting policies and procedures, with specific background in SaaS, eCommerce and payments business models.
Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems; specific experience with NetSuite required.
Experience managing international subsidiaries and outsourced accounting operations.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate status, issues, risks, and opportunities to all levels of the organization.
Excellent multi‑tasking skills and flexibility to switch from one project to the next.

The Director of RFC Operations is responsible for ensuring world-class service delivery across warehouse operations, order processing, and logistics-driving excellence in speed, accuracy, and customer experience. This role will build scalable processes, strengthen operational systems, and lead a high-performing team that positions DreamLine for continued growth within American Bath Group's (ABG) one-stop-shop platform.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Distribution Management
Lead all aspects of RFC operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, warehousing, and reverse logistics.
Develop and implement operational strategies that improve service levels, accuracy, and throughput while controlling cost.
Monitor and improve RFC KPIs (on-time delivery, inventory turns, order accuracy, warranty cycle time, etc.). Create KPI Dashboard and Scorecard
Oversee facility layout, workflow optimization, and equipment investments to increase efficiency and safety.
Ensure flawless execution in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment supporting both B2C and B2B channels.
Ensure 100% compliance with retail customers to avoid unnecessary fines. Understand customer regulation and expectation. Provide monthly compliance scorecard to leadership.
Support Dreamline expansion into retail instore and wholesale channels, understanding and executing on the unique needs of each channel.
Ensure the inventory system matches what's physically in stock and successfully run the annual physical inventory process.
Workforce Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and associates within RFC operations.
Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and engagement.
Build organizational capacity through succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
Customer Experience & Quality
Ensure all orders meet established service standards and customer expectations.
