I am a qualified audit committee financial expert and have significant board involvement experience.- As a scale expert, I led and contributed to Uber’s hyper-growth from 50 to |500 cities, |500 FTEs to 10K+, 15 countries to over 70, and $17M to $2B+ in revenue and the launch of multiple lines of business.- I participated in/led many aspects of early IPO-readiness for Uber - hired internal audit leader, identified key risks and internal controls, and evaluated metrics and public company disclosures. Also, oversaw early IPO readiness for Virgin America, now Alaska Airlines.- Across my roles for CNET Networks, Uber, and Pandora Media, I supported integration and purchase accounting for 10 acquisitions totaling $1B. I also supported disposition of three business units and transition services; and led the finance integration of CBS Interactive into CNET.- I bring 10+ years presenting to audit committees on finance, governance, and compliance - and now report quarterly business results to PagerDuty’s Board. - I led Investor Relations for PagerDuty for an interim period, and supported IR at Pandora Media - at PagerDuty, built foundation for investor community communications, drafting prepared marks, key messaging, customer stories, Q&A and all supporting financial materials. I communicate with investors and sell-side analysts quarterly, and work closely with IR, CEO, and CFO on key messaging.
