The Global System Integrator (GSI's) Alliance Manager is responsible for accelerating commercial success with GSI partners. The partnership will focus on Rockwell Automation software (SW) portfolio, in the Internet of Things (IoT) market, but may also include Rockwell services and hardware. The person needs to define GSI collaboration framework and models, that are most effective to drive revenue growth and performance, through GSI partners. The leader has responsibility to achieve revenue growth targets, through GSI partners across all regions. This role will work with the Regional Market Access Directors, Regional GSI Partner Managers, and Account Leaders, to execute the GSI strategy, and to recruit, enable and manage GSI alliance partners in each region.

GSI Global System Integrator Alliance Strategy
Develop GSI Alliance strategy for engagement with specific GSIs, that supports Rockwell Automation's, “bringing the connected enterprise to life” strategy Meet the revenue and market share growth expectations of the company, through GSI partners Help Rockwell drive incremental revenue, especially for the SW portfolio, in the emerging IoT market

GSI Global System Integrator Alliance Policies and Programs
Build a two-way alliance model that is built on trust, and will help grow both companies' businesses Setting global guidelines, under which the regions will execute their system integrator strategies Oversee processing of GSI agreements and contracts, in collaboration with legal counsel and GSI reporting guidelines

GSI Global System Integrator Alliance Development and Management
Exceed strategic alliance goals with the GSI'sMeet global GSI revenue goals Recruit and manage GSI relationships with agreed upon goals, targets, and quarterly business reviews Ensure business plans are in place with all GSI's and ensure quarterly business reviews meet those targets Overall management of the global GSI program Provide GSI recruiting and management guidance to all regions

Zoox system integration manager job description

Zoox's Hardware Software Integration team is responsible for ensuring various hardware subsystems work reliably on our vehicle platform on a day-to-day basis. The team is responsible for system integration, bring-up of vehicles, system verification and validation test design and development, debugging critical HW/FW integration issues and supporting manufacturing operations.

This leadership role is essential and fundamental to the execution stage of Zoox's vehicle program, driving integration teams within the HWSI org. The team is composed of electrical, mechatronics, computer science, and integration engineers and works cross-functionally with module, vehicle engineering, and manufacturing teams.

ResponsibilitiesLead a team of 6-8 engineers to deliver on performing system integration for multiple modules-subsystems on both L3 and L5 platforms Define and establish system integration best practices Help drive FMEAs processes and support vehicle bring up activities Drive system verification and validation test plans and development Drive initiatives both within the team and cross-functionally Lead and drive debugging of the HW/SW issues to closure.
