As a founding partner and CEO of TA Digital, Rajiv provides strategic direction for the company. With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, he has witnessed the paradigm shift from the legacy mainframe-based applications to ERP/client-server applications, and then to the world of web and mobile apps.

Rajiv handles strategic planning, sales and marketing, human resources and leadership development. As a tech-savvy problem-solver, he is adept at striking a balance between strategic and tactical solutions.

Prior to TA Digital, Rajiv worked with consultancy firms like PwC, IBM Global and Accenture.

Rajiv earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from MANIT (National Institute of Technology), India, and a Master Certification in Business Analysis from ESI International and George Washington University.

In his leisure time, Rajiv is an avid tennis player and enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family.

As the COO and Founding Partner of TA Digital, Koti oversees Technology Innovation, Practice Development, and Project Delivery. He has over 20 years of experience in designing, developing and launching web-based applications and content management solutions.

Koti defines the technology roadmap for TA Digital and ensures the quality of delivery across various practice areas, such as Web Content Management, Web Development, Mobile Applications, QA, and Marketing Automation.

Prior to TA Digital, Koti led architecture and development for various web content management projects for Sun Microsystems, Applied Materials, Stanford Hospitals among others.

Koti earned his Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur, India, and a Master in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Koti enjoys swimming and is ready to join you anytime for a plate of sushi.

Dr. Ali Alkhafaji is a technology leader and evangelist with 20 years of industry experience. He’s responsible for driving growth and innovation for experience, content, data, marketing and commerce at TA Digital. Within those offerings, he oversees the delivery of world-class solutions built on Adobe, Salesforce and SAP.

Ali is also a strong advocate of incorporating artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance and automate digital transformation initiatives like CMS Bridge, Solr.ai, Adobe Ascent, CommerceFactory and SAP Nexus.

He is focused on making TA Digital a one-stop shop for everything digital across all industries by combining a range of services, vertical experience and platform expertise.

In academia, Ali has been teaching and conducting artificial intelligence research since 2010. He has his B.S. from the University of Illinois at Chicago, M.S. from the University of Chicago and Ph.D. from DePaul University.
