Qualifications:
Valid CDL A license
At least 21 years old
Minimum of 3 months verifiable driving experience
Paid orientation - upon completion and hired.
No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years.
No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. No positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP.

We currently have 10 openings for Class A Flatbed drivers. Driver must have at least 1 year OTR experience in the last 3 years. 6 months of that experience must be Class A Flatbed experience. Your past Flatbed experience must be verifiable. Meaning the past employers must be in business and available to give you a reference right away.
You must have experience hauling steel pipe or flat steel on a flatbed trailer to qualify.
Drivers will be in a regular late model Freightliner with a sleeper. You'll be home every weekend tarping approximately 40% of loads getting an additional $30 per load when tarped.
Our drivers comfort and safety is job one. We are bringing in new equipment and state-of-the-art trucks all the time.
You'll get plenty of miles. Dedicated lanes are opening up constantly now.
Our running area is east of the Mississippi. No New York City.
To qualify you will have...
Hiring experienced only with at least 1 year recent OTR experience in the last 3 years with at least 6 months of that being FLAT BED experience. OTR experience is defined as driving in at least 5 states besides your own spending the night in the truck.
Drivers will be at least 21 years of age with a Class A license in good standing.
You must have an excellent driving and job history.
No terminations due to safety.
No more than 7 jobs in the last 3 years
Must have a clean background and be able to pass all DOT tests.
You will be hauling building materials aluminum pipe and coils, ingots and steel. Coil experience not necessary, we will train you at orientation.
Orientation starts on Monday. You will get dispatched out on Thursday. We take care of all your meals and travel expenses.
We pay 27% of the load. Drivers enjoy an average of $1400-$1700 per week and up.

Qualifications:
Class B or A CDL with X-Endorsement (Tanker and HazMat) is mandatory
Minimum 1-2 years of commercial driving experience
Petroleum experience is considered an asset
Flexible to work Weekends and/or Holidays when required. Overtime is offered
Enjoy working outdoors with minimal supervision
During the interview stage, all candidates will be road tested and will participate in a Ride Along with a seasoned 4Refuel driver. Under the direction of Lead Wastewater Plant Operator(s) and Wastewater Plant Supervisor (depending on the size and scope of the facility), the Transport Driver performs wastewater transportation operations, and associated maintenance and monitoring activities; performs work assignments to ensure performance, acceptable asset condition, quality, and health and safety standards are met or exceeded; and performs related work as required to ensure efficient and effective operations. This position is responsible for the efficient transport of materials to/from wastewater treatment facilities to/from landfills, warehouses, and other locations.
Section 2 - Major Responsibilities
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation, care and acceptable appearance of assigned vehicle(s) and/or mobile equipment.
Work collaboratively with supervisory personnel, treatment operators, and other transport drivers to assure optimal efficiency, proper monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
Perform a range of transportation and materials handling activities including, but not limited to, operation of equipment, light maintenance, monitoring systems, process improvement, record keeping; in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Notify appropriate personnel of needed repairs and renewal; and coordinate with maintenance personnel.
Maintain thorough logs and records in both written and electronic form as required; use these records to improve the function and efficiency of various operations.
Accomplish adequate execution and documenting of pre-trip inspections, properly maintaining and performing general housekeeping on assigned vehicle.
Observe safety guidelines as required by State statutes and as prescribed by the NTMWD. This includes identifying and mitigating safety hazards as well as assisting in the implementation of safety programs.
Receive shipments, monitor unloading processes, record into inventory, and check shipment documents for compliance to standard.
Learn and comply with applicable NTMWD policies and procedures.
Assume the responsibilities of direct supervisor(s) and subordinates as required.

Section 3 - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Requires a valid Texas Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).
Must have three (3) years' experience operating vehicles that require a Class A CDL license and a good driving record.
Knowledge of wastewater operations is preferred.
Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
Must obtain knowledge of compliance requirements, operations and maintenance requirements, and reporting/record keeping requirements.
Must communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with supervisors, peers, and subordinates to convey information.
Maintain basic computer skills, and electrical and mechanical knowledge.
Section 4 - Environmental Factors, Working Conditions and Equipment
The duties and responsibilities are generally performed in a motor vehicle or in a wastewater treatment environment. The position involves sitting (up to 8 hours per day), standing, walking, light to heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs.), light carrying, bending and reaching, keyboarding, and telephone/radio operation. It often requires an irregular work schedule and overtime hours. Specific physical conditions require work with chemicals, tools, machinery, moving mechanical parts, etc.
The duties and responsibilities are performed both indoors and outdoors. Moderate exposure to sun, dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, biological hazards, rain, temperature and noise extremes, hazardous materials and chemicals, machinery, moving mechanical parts, vibrations, electric currents, traffic hazards, and water hazards are common. Perform and review work at locations that involve hazardous environments requiring the physical ability to wear and work using personal protective equipment (PPE) that meet or exceed guidelines such as established by OSHA which may result in some physical discomfort due to temperature, dust, odors, chemicals and noise.
