JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Enter, schedule and track work orders in MAXIMO. * Build Preventative Maintenance (PM) packets with compressor and oil sample reports. * Ensure PM packets have proper signature, time, labor and hours. * Acts as liaison with vendors utilizing software for procuring materials and services.
* Responsible for the processing and payment of all invoices in a timely and accurate manner in addition to ensuring that the follow up receipt of payment process is completed timely.
* Utilize computer programs for the generation of correspondence reports, chart statistics and flow sheet, and production data collection for report purposes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops and provides training to measurement analysts and other company personnel as needed. Acts as first point of contact for measurement analysts before escalating questions to measurement manager.

The ACE Regional Over-The-Road Driver delivers gas grill cylinders to AmeriGas locations by tractor-trailer truck. Overview
In this role, the Field Operations Technician will be responsible for commissioning, service, maintenance, and testing of the Verax analytical equipment in downstream, midstream, and upstream field locations. Ensure compliance, gather data, and facilitate reporting as required under many applicable regulations, including CERCLA (Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act), EPCRA (Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act) (Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act) (Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act), SARA and State Superfund programs.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, including reporting releases to all applicable agencies and internal personnel.
Act as the point of contact for both regulatory agencies and operations on required reports, payments, inspections, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Assist with compliance audits and help resolve action items from reviews, inspections, and incident investigation findings.
Maintain a working knowledge of existing and proposed regulations that affect the plant/compressor station/ pipeline site.

MINIMAL ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose/ troubleshoot and repair minor issues associated with production equipment with limited supervision
- Possess a working knowledge of process equipment, separation, flow, etc.
- Awareness of DT effects on volumes. Execute projects with sense of urgency
- Accurate daily field tickets to be submitted to Field Admins or Supervisor
- Ability to work safely and adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Possesses a basic knowledge of Production Operations and all associated equipment
- Maintain all company provided tools and equipment (cell phone, vehicle, computer, etc.)
- Submitted accurate field tickets to Office Admins or Supervisor (may vary by location)
- Able to act as crew lead (on a 2-man crew)
- Knowledge of using a line locator (required in some locations)
- Perform other various tasks as assigned by the Foreman

Education & Qualifications
- Possess a valid driver's license, CDL a plus (may be required in some locations)

- Certifications from trade schools and/or professional organizations are preferred
- Must be capable and willing to work overtime as required and participate in an on-call rotation
